This is right after my strength training session (back & tris) this afternoon. I put in an hour and change of hard, intense work (hence the reason i'm sweating like I stole something). Since being discharged from the hospital I have put on 15lbs (from 156lbs to 171lbs). From that increase 13 1/2lbs have been lean mass(that 1 1/2 pound of fat came from finally eating all the food I was craving while in the hospital lol #CheatMeals). The wonders of intelligently structured nutrition & a intense work ethic in the gym does wonders. My post workout meal was 3 eggwhites, 2.6 oz of albacore tuna, and two cups of uncooked spinach with a ton of water. Now i'm off to instruct some undergrads on the finer points of personal finance & understanding the investment arena. Before I go I just want to leave you with these humble words: live your life as completely, happily, and abundantly as possible. You only have one and you don't want the regret of having held yourself back from it. Until next time.....
