Call me Matthew. Not DRN4400. "I can't say that I was born, I can't say that I grew in a womb or had a childhood, but I was made to feel. And I do, as much as you." [ Indie nsfw gay rp blog, loosely based on android themed shows and games. ]

The key to Andrew’s success was the secrecy of his life. All his sexual and the few romantic partners he had had understood it — the soccer world was very homophobic and one slip could destroy his career. Which was one of the reasons he hated the new security measure the club had installed. The other reason was that while Andrew didn’t hate technology, he definitely didn’t trust androids. Especially if they were so realistic, so human as the one they had sent to his house. As childish as it sounded, he hated some rebellion of the machines and other stuff he had always seen in movies.
“Yes, I need you to shut up. Like, are you really gonna schedule my life too? I’m not hungry, I don’t wanna eat anything, okay?” With a deep sigh, he stepped out of his room and went to the living room, throwing himself on the sofa. It was one of his free days, which meant he would spend it at home. Great. “Don’t you have a log off button or something I can press? I don’t need this type of security. You guys know what privacy is, right?” He stood up and headed towards the kitchen, for he was indeed hungry. But Andrew refused to let the android cook in case he burnt the kitchen or his whole apartment.
It wasn’t necessary for the android to follow his assigned human everywhere he went, but Matthew felt it was his duty to make sure Andrew was always safe. And some part of DRN4400 was faulty to believe he was more than just a machine, even though it was constantly implied and shouted to his face. “I don’t plan on scheduling anything, Sir. But I am here to make sure you’re always on your best, and skipping breakfast isn’t going to make you so.” He replied back, voice still calm and slow. Maybe so calm and slow that it would be annoying. Walking closer to the human, he looked up and down his form. True, he wasn’t a human, but even as a machine he could recognize the potential and the amazing physique the soccer player had. Automatically he would process that his rate for success in sports would still be high even if he didn’t eat anything for the time being.

Moving along with him, they reached the living room and as Andrew laid down to the sofa, Matthew settled himself right close by, blocking the view to the window and with it, the light coming from the outside. It wasn’t intentional, though. “I am unable to reply to that. My security measures don’t allow me to reveal the codes for me to be logged off.” He moved and sat down to the other side of the sofa. “I am not really ruining your moment, any private matters you have to attend to, I will leave you to do. I am programmed to do so. I obey your command above anything, Sir. But I am unable to comply with your request to leave the room unless I feel like I should.” Feel. That was a wrong usage of the word. He was programmed like it, not that he could actually understand what he feels. At least not so strongly for the moment. “You don’t have to make your own food, that’s why you have me, to serve all your needs.” He didn’t follow him to the kitchen, but from where he was sat, he could see Andrew clearly.

The android hadn’t been around the X-Men in over a year. After he helped them with a mission, he went along on his way, and the friendships he made there were left with him. As busy as they all were, there wasn’t really a time for a reunion, nor much time for texts and calls. He met a lot of people during those missions, and he would never have expected to run into one of them here. “Collin?” he called, the moment he recognized the male. “What are you doing here?” even from some distance he could recognize him. After all, his facial recognition software was only been upgraded to do better. And it was hard to forget a face as handsome as Collins. “Don’t tell me they sent you out here on a mission and I wasn’t made aware someone as handsome as you will be in town?” he didn’t joke for most part, but the chuckle that escaped his lips made it seem so. “How have you been? It’s been a while.”

As Matthew began to run his diagnostics, Trent was quick to instead grab any other tools that would be necessary to finish off the repairs he knew of. There were things that couldn’t be handled outside of a lab, the damage to the other’s core was by far his major concern, butif he could egt him in to the condition to get back there, he’d be content with the work he’d done. Wiping his hands briefly on his jeans, stained with oil, he didn’t realize the android ahd started looking at him until he lifted his head again, barely supressing the jump at the sudden eye contact. As soon as he requested a wireless device, Trent was kicking himself back from the table where Matthew was currently set up, to instead nab his laptop from where he put it under a desk. “Here, should be able to connect to this with no issues,” Trent offered with a smile toward the other, setting it down in front of him, nodding at the mentions of th eother’s errors. Yeah, as muc as he could tell externally, there were a lot of functions based entirely on his nervous system as it were. Harder to track down without diving in deep and that wasn’t something he was comfortable doing without the other’s go ahead.
“t’s fine, really. Nobody deserves that. Human or Android, being left to just… Die on the street. It’s not right.” An idle moment, before looking the other over again. “Impressed, and glad, there wasn’t more external damage at least.”
Tumblr media
Matthew tried smiling at the other’s reaction and the swiftness to bring him a laptop. But he couldn’t. The glitch he had in his system didn’t allow him to move his face for more than opetning his lips to be able to speak. It was a weird feeling, not being able to smile. If he was a regular android, this wouldn’t have been bothering him. But considering he was well on his way to thinking he’s more than just a machine, he could feel the issue of not being able to show emotion. “Thank you.” He took the laptop, and plugged the cable one end into it and the other to the small opening behind his left ear. As soon as the connection has been made, he started typing out something on the laptop, taking the diagnostics out and creating a report. “Damn it, my battery life has been low.” He commented before his attention went to the boy’s words. “You are right, but try explaining that to the rest of the world. They still treat us like slaves and then destroy us when a better model has been developed.”

“I don’t suppose you have any more tools here I could use to fix this issue?”

@drnandrxid - The basics of sex
“I know you got questions,” Virgil admitted to the boy, once he came in through his library. “And I see you want answers. That is understandable,” the male admitted, closing the door after the android came through. “And I apologize if I didn’t reply to you when we were talking to the other families and you asked me about sex. The church is one of those places where people do not like being reminded of their mundane way,” he chuckled, mostly to hide his sudden remembrance of the situation, a red flush came to Virgil’s face. “I was definitely surprised by your sudden question.” He gave a pat on the boy’s shoulder and then led him to the couch. The library of Virgil’s own home was a contrasting and polarizing room: while decorated with rows of books that were expanding from the floor to the ceiling on top of Victorian shelves with arabesque statues and ends, in the center was a holographic projection of a fire and the desk was just a vibrant glass table that could project images and was mostly conduced by finger gestures in a three dimensional space. And thus, Virgil came to the computer and after giving a few clicks to these holographic buttons, the fire projection changed to one of the human body, a model was floating in the center of the library.
“So, do you have any questions regarding how sex works between two homosexual males?” He asked the boy looking at him straight in the eyes. “You can ask away now and I will make my best to explain you with that model. I apologize if it’s not a standard model, I had my own body scanned to teach you,” Virgil admitted, pointing at the projection in the center of the room. “Holographic models are very expensive nowadays and I’d rather donate that money before misusing it.”
Tumblr media
It was very true. He had not one but a bunch of questions. His timing to ask them, though, was wrong. And he knew that the moment he realized he wasn’t getting a reply at the given time but much later when the two of them were alone at Virgil’s house. Matthew was still new to being almost human. He was still new to emotions, to touches, to feelings. And it was all so sudden as well that it made his processor run with every possible question it could, and a few slipped him before. “I should have waited to ask any questions, Virgil. I know it was bad timing. Do forgive me for that.” There was a half smile formed on the android’s face as the two of them reached the couch and he took a seat on it, watching as the human walked over to the computer. Even if he was basically a machine, technology always wowed him, and the fact humans were able to construct all of that always amazed him. He sat there calmly, looking around for a little bit before the hologram worked it’s magic and Virgil’s forma appeared before him. And whata form it was…
Tumblr media
“I do, actually. I have always wondered about it. I know I could access all the database, and all the videos, but that wouldn’t make me feel it, and I wanna be able to feel what I’m doing the right way.” He got up and walked over to the hologram, looking at it from all sides. “I know the basics, and I know human anatomy. But they never explain everything in the core database.” There was a small pause before he took his eyes off the hologram and looked at the man. “The model is… Perfect, Sir.” He smiled a little wider this time. He really meant it. If there was one thing he was sure about, it was how attractive the other is. “So, I guess what I was always wondering about --- What do you feel when you feel someone’s lips on your skin? Does it excite you? Does it really make your breath stop?”

There were so many new models after DRN4400 that the police didn’t need their old androids anymore and they decided to let them serve some other purpose. Matthew, along with some others of his series were sent to an agency that rerouted them to be personal security details. That was how he ended up in Andrew Matthis’ house. He had been hired for the young professional soccer player, as his personal security and it seemed like an easy task. That was until he actually met the person and realized that his good looks didn’t mean good personality or good treatment for androids. If it wasn’t for the contract that made the young player have an android, Matthew would have probably been shut down by now.
Tumblr media
“Is there anything you need, Sir?” Matthew asked in a low voice, not making much noise. “You haven’t eaten yet, and by my calculations, you should have had your meal thirty minutes ago.” He added. “Maybe I could make something for you?”

“I mean it’s not just because of that.” A grin tugged over his lips, even as he offered a slight shrug of his shoulders. “It helped, yeah, but it’s not the only reason I would.”
Tumblr media
“It’s not? Now I’m curious...“ narrowing his gaze a little, Matthew inched closer to the other male. “What other reason is there then?“
