Troy A. Troy A. Tyner, DO, MMM, FACOI, attended The Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1988. He additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from California State University-Fullerton and a Master of Medical Management degree from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles, California, which he acquired in 2003. Elected fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists, Dr. Tyner maintains his active memberships with the Ohio State Medical Association and Dayton District Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. In 2013, he was honored with the Medal of Merit Award by Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. This is the college’s most prestigious award which is given to graduates who have achieved distinction in their chosen field of medicine through commitment and exemplary leadership.
