Something I'm playing around with for William. Undecided how this will come up but right now the pitch is that he was developing these as a stage show illusion to wow the audience. Sadly never got around to it since things went south really quickly when They started to drive him insane. On top of that, conjuring them took too much energy and he never got the chance to build up the stamina. He hopes maybe one day he could do it but as it stands anything that resembles freedom is something They don't like.

Wilson found a way to smoke out the bees and got himself some honey. Happy day for this boy!

XD One page act but it didn't feel right to stretch this one out. Sorry this took so long, work has been killer. Hoping to get more done soon.

@theblueskyphoenix's post reminded me that I, too, once tried to draw the Magmatic skins in DST, and made me want to do it again. Well, Wilson, anyways. This is her design, though, it's cooler. I haven't drawn this dude in a few years, I hope I remembered how pfft

Forge 1 was where it was at. I also thought this particular set of skins was kinda boring

After I finished Wilson's wardrobe I was having an itch to draw other outfits for everybody else. In particular, the Magmatic line up. To be honest, it's my least favorite line up. I don't hate it but I wasn't huge about it. Mainly since overall to me it felt kind of rushed and didn't really match the same level of awesome as the Gladiator line up. They just didn't feel like proper "sequel designs" as it were. I always saw the Magmatic as an upgrade from Gladiator. They're returning champions so they should look the part. And so here we are.

The main core elements for each one were the following:

Same color palette. (Black, Red, Yellow and Brown)

A champion belt or accessory.

Integrating parts of the Gladiator into the Magmatic.

Reflect abilities and battle roles in design.

Overall, very pleased with the results. Had a lot of fun too. Def will need to do some art with these versions of the Magmatics. And of course I'll touch base with everyone's personal wardrobes but for now just wanted to get these particular outfits taken care of since redesign was inevitable for all of them. Better to just knock it out now.

Concept scene for later on when we get to Hamlet. It'll be a bit story wise but that won't stop me from making concept art like this.

Holy buckets this took longer than it should've. Started out as me making sure I had my outfits nailed down for Wilson in To Who Knows Where and then it turned into "Let's draw every skin! Oh, and let's redesign some of them!" ... Why am I like this?

Anyways, pretty self explanatory. Wilson and his various outfits from the skins he's gotten to this date. 16 total outfits. My hands are sore.

Most of them are pretty much the same save for two. Magmatic and Moonbound. Admittedly wasn't crazy about either of them so decided to redesign them. Quite happy with them. (And I guess Merry Maker since I took the holly out of his hair. It wouldn't make sense in To Who Knows Where how that came about so just normal hair for him.)

If more skins come out you can be this will be updated. For now... let me sleep. Also if you wanna see me take a crack at the other survivors let me know. (Truth be told I wanna do a whole redesign thing for the Magmatic since that set in particular is my least favorite. Let me know if that interests y'all.)

Oh and bonus thing because I wanted to do some silly outfits for giggles. See below the cut for the extra Wilson outfits.
