Hey gang! Just wanted to drop this reminder that I'm going in for surgery tomorrow / on the 29th, and I will be expected to stay at the hospital until the 1st May, so activity will be a extremely sporadic until then. Random mini headcanon that I may elaborate on later but. Boothill can't cook. My man is so good at tinkering and putting things together and all that jazz but making an edible meal without burning the kitchen down? Nope. Reason being he never learned how to properly cook and then he died and now he doesn't need to eat at all. But also consider the softness of him trying to make you a meal bc he cares enough about you to try.

Oh yeah, I'm just gonna put this PSA here for now until I find a good spot to put it in his dossier! I mentioned it in some tags yesterday but I want to outline it by itself that the censorship of his beacon is something that I am adjusting ( ? ) a little bit. Basically I'm just going to continue it how I have been using it right now, with words and phrases toned down or using more cute descriptors ( i. E. adorable / cutie / etc. ) rather than them outright turning " fuckers " into " fudge " or shit into " shirt. " I will be using those sometimes, but I already know EN is going to overuse it to the next degree and I will be keeping those instances for comedic effect rather than all the time, if that makes sense? Apparently, his JP voice does actually use baby, darling, honey instead of that kind of stuff as well which I personally prefer and how I have been writing him since his drip marketing implied that too.

Boothill was certainly no stranger to drawing eyes and piquing intrigue, standing out amidst a crowd more often than not, but even his tolerance for natural curiosity had its limits. A stranger poking their nose where it did not belong, prying a little too deeply, was bound to push those boundaries — prompting him to redraw that line, or perhaps more accurately, draw his revolver at the offending party.
