Social life in high school is so weird to me like. I grew up with you. I despise you for vaguely bitchy interactions and nothing else. You’re the kid that’s inexplicably in all of my classes but we never talk. I always see you with that loud group across the library. Everyone knows your name and can pick you out of a crowd in two seconds but half of us have no idea what grade even you’re in. I knew you in middle school but now we barely nod to each other in the halls. You’re smart and outspoken and probably neurodivergent and I barely know you but get pissed when the two next to me giggle and imitate and mock you. I see you sit at the same spot across the library every day with a new book every week. I found you four my first day of freshman year and now you’re suddenly gone, you all graduated and I’m still here and school isn’t as alright as it used to be. Ya know?

It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
