I’m really sorry for not posting anything recently, I have been very busy these past few weeks. Enjoy the fic!

Warning: Some angst, demonic possession, etc.

Running through the leaves and branches, your lungs screamed as you slapped away the plant life. You didn’t dare to look back, not when you were almost to the ship. The cuts on your hands and face stung, but you could deal with the pain. You wished you could transport yourself to the rendezvous point, but she would know exactly where you would be if you did. Magic was ruled out. The tree roots were not helping either, making you trip when you weren’t paying attention. This was supposed to be an easy mission. Get in, save the captured sorcerer, and get out safely. Obviously, that didn’t go well. The sorcerer was dead long before the team made it to the location, his body drained of his soul and magical abilities. Knowing that the team would hate you later, you teleported them back to the ship before they could be affected by the magic encased in the walls of the temple. As a result, they were safe, but you were instantly put in danger. You were stupid to not check if she was there, especially after so many magic users were being abducted and killed. Without warning, the tree ahead of you fell, weaving itself into the ground.

Imagine visiting Loki outside his prison cell everyday, when one day a riot breaks out and you are in the middle of it.  Loki is scared for you and can’t save you as you are attacked by an escaped convict.  Imagine Loki’s devastation while you lie dying on the floor in front of his cell.

You skip down the hallway, your damp curls bouncing.  Today, you are especially excited to visit Loki in his cell.  You woke up extra early this morning and had time to fix your hair almost perfectly (with a little help from Sif).  You also had time to bake Loki cookies.  You clutch the basket containing the cookies in your hand, swinging it back and forth.  The sweet smell of the cookies escape the gaps in the basket, wafting through the air.  You are tempted to snatch one of those warm, soft treats out of the basket and taste it for yourself, but you resist the urge and try to keep your mind on Loki.    

When you enter the dungeon, you are immediately shocked to see that  several of the prisoners had escaped from their cells and were fighting each other, chucking furniture and rocks and smashing one another into the ground.  The sound of glass shattering and heavy grunts echo throughout the damp dungeon.  You hesitantly approach Loki’s cell, your radiance slowly diminishing as anxiety fills the space.  You smooth the wrinkles out of your strapless gown to look more presentable.  Loki is sitting in the corner of his cell, leaning against the wall with his lean legs extended in front of him.  He is engrossed in a thick, leather bound book.

You started to panic, your mind is replaying the moments that just took place before you blacked out.

You got up off the bed slowly, hanging onto the bed frame for support because the blast was pretty hard and in that case, making you weak.

You made it to the door when suddenly, it opened revealing Prince Jay.

“Y/N, what are you doing up out of bed? Your still not fully back to health you need to rest” Yes, Jay was your best friend but you needed to get to Heeseung.

“I need to get to Heeseung, Jay. Please.” Jay sighed

“Okay fine, but I’m coming with you in case something happens” Jay looked at you in defeat.

Time skip to Heeseung’s room

“Shhh he still might be resting, he is also pretty weak too” the words that just came out of Jay’s mouth made you tear up at the thought of your lover being hurt.

You opened the door and saw your lover resting painfully, he was panting and sweating like crazy.

You told one of the maids to bring you a bowl of water and a towel to bring to his room.

You grabbed a small hand towel from the tray and emerged the towel and water and rang it thoroughly.

You sniffled while putting the towel on his forehead in order to cool down his body heat.

Jay saw you in pain seeing your lover like this, he reassuringly put his hand on your shoulder and told you it’s okay.

You were ready to leave when Heeseung weakly asked you to stay with him, and you gladly did so.

Heeseung reached his hand out to you, in need of help...

You wanted to move but there was a strong force stopping you from doing so.

You ran to him only to get blasted by a purple beam of energy so strong the wind was knocked out of you.

The last thing you heard was your name being yelled by your lover’s voice before you blacked out.

Heeseung’s POV:

“Y/N!” I screamed her name, she had tried to help me but she was blasted by the purple beam enough to make her black out.

A tear rolled down my cheek and landed on the floor. The black energy surrounded me when I saw the members running towards me to help.

Sunoo, Jungwon and Sunghoon carried Y/N into a room somewhere in this building, while the others tried to help but it was too late.

The force was too strong for me to handle so I just let it absorb me, like a python to it’s prey.

A few days passed and the boys were just empty...

I mean, how could they go on, knowing a creature had taken her soul?

Shindong took care of Y/N while in her comatose state, the boys have been worried since they fear she may never wake up.

Until today, Y/n blinked her eyes open and saw she was laying down in the infirmary room.

She felt her hand being held, she looked to her left to see Ni-ki sleeping on the couch and Jungwon holding her hand also asleep.

She smiled softly and ran her fingers through his hair.

Jungwon blinked his eyes open to see Y/n playing with his hair, he rubbed his eyes thinking it was a dream, soon realizing,

She’s awake

“Hyung! She’s awake!” Jungwon was so happy to see her awake but she still was very weak.

The other five including Shindong rushed into the room.

They all group-hugged her, tears of joy filling their eyes.

She leaned back, holding her head as the world span in her vision.

“Y/n, are you okay-‘’ Shindong’s voice cut out as she passed out again.

Sunghoon rushed to her side holding her shoulders and trying to wake her up.

The moon shines brightly on this warm night.

You were out picking some berries to make a fruit salad and a yummy meal for you and the boys.

You spotted a cherry bush next to a tree and squatted down to pick a couple.

“Oh these will be great for my fruit salad!” You squealed excitedly.

What poor Y/n failed to notice was a hooded figure hiding behind the tree across from the cherry bush.

The unknown figure moves towards the young girl until it’s right behind her.

“Alright” She gets up and smooths out her skirt of any dirt, only to come face to face of the creature.

She tries to scream but nothing comes out, the creature forcefully kisses her on her lips making her feel dizzy

A white aura is sucked out of her mouth...𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥.

Y/n collapses to the ground, completely unconscious and 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒.

𝐉𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐧 all rush to the forest wondering why their girlfriend had been gone for so long.

“Where could she be” Jay asked Jake.

“My gut tells me she is NOT okay..” Sunghoon says while holding his abdomen.

The three of seven boys split up and keep searching for Y/n.

Jay spots a silhouette of a girl lying on the ground.

He moves closer and sees Y/n completely pale of her natural complexion and her lips are a sickly maroon color.

“Y/N!!!” Jay runs to her and takes her in his arms and holds her for a bit.

Jake and Sunghoon meet up with Jay back at the house.

Jay carried Y/N bridal-style and layed her down in the infirmary room.

Shindong came running in with a cloth and bowl of cool water.

He soaked the towel and rung it throughly and wiped down her forehead gently.

“Will she be okay..?” Jungwon asked worriedly while holding her hand.

Shindong put his hand on Jungwon’s shoulder.

“She’ll be okay, Jungwon-ssi” Shindong said comfortably.

He looked over to you and hugged you. “Y/n...Y/n I thought you were gone..” this time it was almost as if the nightmares in his dream had gotten extreme to the point he was so weak. He cried into your neck and hugged you tightly.

Time skip~

10:00 A.M

Jungwon had been feeling a bit more better, he wasn’t weak anymore and he wasn’t as pale.

“Wonnie~ have some soup, it will help restore your body back to health” you came in with a breakfast tray table and put that on the nightstand. He looked at you with a pout and said like a baby, “No!”

But did he end of winning the fight?

You were awakened by small whimpering coming from the left side of your bed.

Where Jungwon was experiencing an extreme nightmare...

You looked to your left side and shook him, trying to wake him up, but it didn’t work.

“Jungwon, Jungwon wake up! Hey, baby wake up!!” You saw beads of sweat form on his forehead and neck.

Right at that moment, Jungwon shot up with a yelp, and stared at the bed frame in front of him.

You crawled over to him and shook him and asked if he was okay..he slowly turned his head to you and stared.

He closed his eyes, flashbacks of his nightmare causing him to let out a gasp and his eyes shot open as he pointed his pointer finger at you.

“You..” his eyes closed and his form fell back into the pillows.

You went to the kitchen and filled up a bowl with half warm-semi cold water and drowned a small towel into the bowl and went back to you and Jungwon’s shared bedroom and gently put the towel on his forehead.

You kissed his forehead and spooned him from behind.

“Goodnight my love, I’m here to protect you from anything”.

You came home from a very frustrating and long day at work. Your co-workers were a bit harsh on you and your boss wanted you to work an extra shift which only made your day 10x more worse.

You took of your shoes and put them on the rack, then went to the kitchen to make some tea.

After, you decided to go look for your husband, Seonghwa...he wasn’t in the living room when you came home tonight.

You opened the door to you guys shared bedroom quietly, peeking through to see Seonghwa asleep in your matching pair of silk pink pajamas.

You walked towards the sleeping male and caressed his hair while kissing his cheek.

His eyes fluttered open to see you playing with his hair, he let out a soft chuckle.

“Jagi, how was work today?” He asked with his voice deep and still raspy from the sleep.

“Eh, very tiring” you let out a small chuckle at your own remark.

“Aww poor baby, go get changed and lay down with me, hm?” You nodded in response and changed into your PJ’s and brushed your teeth and got ready for bed.

You crawled in next to Seonghwa, his arms already open for you to hug and sleep on.

It was a comfortable silence between the two of you.

Seonghwa stroked your hair, placing a sweet kiss to your head and soon, fell asleep.
