Going off of what that ask said about your work taking a big place in their life

I started having these chronic symptoms that affected my life so much that I had to quit my jobs and school (trying to get my doctors to do anything was like herding cats). I was stuck at home throughout all of last year and dawg was I miserable.

Then I found bruised while scrolling through the iwaizumi x reader tag & ever since then I've had notifs on for all your blogs :P I'm really picky with the fanfic I read & fiction in general so when I read your other works I felt like I struck gold bro like you checked off all the boxes fr

2024 was a bleak, miserable year for me but reading your work genuinely got me through it & honestly I can't thank you enough for that. Like I remember exactly where I was when I read Maneater iwa telling kuroo that yn was drunk and she's swaying on her feet. And giggling for days at "just saw Noya walking around with a telescope what even is his major"

I remember telling my cousin about undone/full & giving her my tumblr login so she could read it too & catch up. A few weeks later when I told my cousin that full was just updated she dropped everything & said "open it, read it right now start reading" and then we read it together immediately. The way our conversations went about it you would've thought these were real people we were talking about LMAO

I remember I was re-reading Rot when I got the notif on my phone & the preview was something like "I think it's time to say goodbye to eggyrocks". And as dramatic & silly as I sound... I really read your post, turned off my phone, & said "I'm gonna take a nap" out loud 🤦🏽‍♀️

These days my life is finally turning around. Doctors finally tested me for what I been begging them to test me for, I got meds that make the days a bit more manageable, and now I have an appointment to discuss further treatment options. And I was able to get a job a few months ago too!!

I hope I'm not coming off as like doing too much. I always thought that I should send an ask or a message thanking you for making my year and that anon got me to actually do it.

So, thank you, again lol, from a fellow iwaizumi lover 🙂‍↕️ 🙂‍↕️ When I think about 2024 all that comes to mind is being ill at home/in the ER, and getting all giddy when I see a tumblr notif on my lockscreen. I go outside now & finally have some motion but I'll be reading your works as long as you're posting them <3 Even outside of that, I hope you get everything you want out of life and that your roads are clear and your veggie dogs are plentiful.
