I hate that after anxious feeling when I do something online

Just my stomach getting tied in knots when I do the simplest thing like commenting under a post, or anything rlly. I want to do more things and share and engage with other kool people but ever time I just end up feeling a little sick and super worried about messing up. It’s so dumb, but like the closer I feel to being perceived by people the worst it gets and the longer the after burn is 

I mean I get that way irl sometimes too so at least I get anonymity online :/
