   Important Rule Update

    I have no plans to come back here anytime soon to roleplay, but I’m adding this now to make myself very clear:

   Please do not interact or follow me if you associate with @/outcastedkiller (or any other blog belonging to Nao/Cheri/Komari/Marchi/Inu/Mafu/Konpeito/etc.). I am no longer comfortable in having any mutual connections with him whatsoever and will be maintaining this stance indefinitely.

   Hey! I hope everyone’s been doing alright. I’m sorry to leave everyone hanging with the starter call I posted for two months back, but my muse for her hasn’t been all that easy to hold on to. I still love Sonia with all my heart but I want to finish playing v3 and then replay sdr2 before coming back to her because of how long it’s been (I can’t believe I’ve been in the fandom for three years now!).

  Dating Peko: Some Pros & Cons

  Tis the season, and to make up for last night where I was almost finished with one ask about this. So here’s some new ones, and six each! I am never doing this meme again because this was really hard. I also want to say rn that it’s a lot easier to come up with the cons for Peko than the pros, so oof.

  Pros

Along with being able to protect you, she can and will kill for you. No strings attached. She will also cover for you, help dispose of a body, etc. Within reason, anyway.

She can cook! She can bake! She’s willing to learn new recipes for you, too. Even if she hates candy and sweet stuff in general she’ll make it for you if you like it.

Dating Peko means dating the clan. Kinda. You’d have a lot more protection than just Peko alone. She may be a hitwoman but she’s the heir’s (and in later year’s the actual head honcho) hitwoman/bodyguard/left hand, so that gives you lots of perks. Cool!

Level-headed, she’ll be there to act as the voice of reason. There will rarely be arguments between the two of you, and any that do come up won’t last for long.

Incredibly loyal and devoted. She will go above and beyond for you, always. 

She’s pretty. Really pretty. I’m running out of ideas but this is still a pro okay.

  Cons

You will always be second. Fuyuhiko will always come first no matter what situation it is. That’s her job. It doesn’t mean that she enjoys this fact, especially if it’s interfering with date plans or something, but her responsibilities and loyalty to the clan and Fuyuhiko definitely come first.

Sometime she can get really clingy. Some would say, overly protective. Or overbearing. But she’s clingy because she wants to be useful to her partner. Ig you could call it a complex. It gets worse with partners she sees that need protection, but it will always subside with time. Just never fully.

If you aren’t careful and surprise her, be it an accident or not, there is a high possibility that she will hurt you or come close to it. Her reflexes are too sharp and trained. Just, no sneaking.

She will need a lot of help when it comes to making her own choices or expressing what she wants unless it’s something dire. Speak freely, Peko. A mundane example being like, Peko unable to speak out about how she doesn’t  really want to go out to eat sushi tonight when her partner does. So then they go and she doesn’t eat anything but a salad or something. This will cause a lot of awkwardness.

The old trope of being a powerful killer’s weakness. If your relationship comes out (and it will), you now have a target painted on your back. It should be fine.

Going out in public with Peko in public mean being very noticeable. Her menacing aura and striking appearance make it impossible to blend in. You’re always bound to draw attention with her around and have people stare or even be bold enough to come up and chat. She’s used to it, but are you?

  “No, excuse me. Nothing’s wrong. It’s just... I like your hair... it’s very nice.” she says. It’s not everything she wants to say, but it’s what she does say. Peko clears her throat and subconsciously reaches for one of her braids to twirl its end. This was pretty embarrassing, wasn’t it? Getting caught staring...

  Still, it wasn’t every day that she found someone else with a similar way of styling their hair or even hair color. Even if her reasons for staring were different from those always asking her if she was cosplaying, she had still been blatantly staring. Now she just felt like a hypocrite.

  “Has the law perhaps slipped your mind?” she asks calmly, a parallel to the gun pressing firm into the girl’s back. “Or have you forgotten already what’s on your person?”

  Playing dumb (no matter how playfully so) for anyone was not a common occurrence for the oyabun-to-be. She should be grateful that she didn’t blast her hand off then and there—because she would have had anyone else noticed her as well. Either this was some lucky, lucky newcome or a well-informed infiltrator.

  “Oujou-sa—— ”

  Peko raises her free hand to halt those approaching. If she needed their help she would have told them so. Idiots. She clicks her tongue in annoyance and waves them off to the side. Wait, was the order given.

  Hurry on with it, was the order implied as she shoved the muzzle further in against her spine. There wasn’t anywhere else for her to go.
