Mission Accomplished

A/N: This is a major AU that may have some spoilers, this is also my first post on this account and my first time writing in a while. I hope that you all enjoy this, it has been playing in my mind for a while and now I am finally writing it out. 

Warnings: sort of a sexual innuendo(Din and reader are in a relationship), probably bad writing, rushed ending. So um..yeah.

Gender neutral reader

Din knew letting you go to the market alone was a bad idea, you still had a bounty on your head but insisted that you would be fine just to run to get new clothes and a little something for Grogu and given your fighting skills Din listened. Now he was currently fighting his way through Stormtroopers and hoping he got to you before they took you off the planet. 

Meanwhile you sat. cuffed, listening to the Imperial general rant and rave about how he was the one who captured one of the Empires most wanted criminals. “’Do you ever stop talking?” you interrupted finally having enough of his words.  “The only reason you caught me was because one of your Troopers took a cheap shot.” You knew for a fact had you seen the Trooper you would have easily taken him out before running to find Din before others showed up. The general smirked and leaned down a little to close to your face “It doesn’t matter how you were caught, I still have you and I will be the one to hand you over.” he spat before walking away and speaking to a Trooper “Watch her closely, do not let her escape.”

A few hours had passed before the sound of someone getting their ass handed to them hit your ears and you smirked to yourself before looking at the Stormtrooper guarding you “I would run if I were you.” Suddenly the door was kicked open and the Trooper quickly lost to Din. “Took ya long enough.” you joked as Din made quick work to get the shackles off your wrist. “We should take them with us, we could have a lot of fun later.” You joked holding up the cuffs and you heard him give a soft chuckle and you are almost positive he rolls his eyes under the helmet. “Lets go.” he hands you the blaster from the, probably dead, Stormtrooper before leading the way to the exit. 

You quickly follow behind him hoping that you run into the general that was so smug when he “caught” you. “Din, we need to take out this base.” you said stopping and looking at him. The entire reason you had a bounty on your head was due to the fact that you had taken down several imperial bases on several different planets. “That is what got you into this mess in the first place.” Din shook his head but you knew he was on board with you. “Let’s make it quick.” you nod at his words before heading in the direction you were pretty sure they kept the weapons in. “If I can find the weapons storage I can set a denotator and then blow the place when we get out.” before Din could answer the two of you were being fired on. Din quickly moved in front of you knowing his armor would protect the both of you from the blasters. 

Once you both moved to cover you made quick work to take out each Trooper that came at the both of you. It didn’t take long for you to locate the weapons hold after taking out the Troopers and you walked over and grinned as you pulled one of Dins explosives from his belt. “Need this.” you give a soft laugh and you swear you hear Din groan as you walk over and quickly get to work at setting up. You make sure to steal a few blasters in the process, not seeing why you shouldn’t take them. 

“Time to go!” you shout as you run back out to Din. The two of you hurry out of the base and get out just as the place blows. “Mission accomplished.” you grin up at Din before the two of you head back to the Razor Crest where the little womp rat was waiting for you.
