Please go support & watch Queen & Slim. It was amazing to watch two darker skinned actors IG @danielkaluuya & IG @jodiesmith tackle on this big screen role. This also doesn’t have to do with dark or light skin, it’s about fighting for what’s right. The social injustice of how people of color are still treated around the ENTIRE world is sickening. The movie is so relatable to black culture, it feels genuine. We have to keep telling our stories. We have to keep educating & creating our own lanes. We have to keep uniting with our community & fight together. Queen & Slim is what I want to see more of & I know our people can deliver that. Fight for what’s right.
