Are we showing off our 3DSs? Here’s mine

Here’s my main one, my New 3DS with skins that I made myself after one of my favourite 3DS games:

And my 2DS XL that I bought to hack in case I messed it up and bricked it (I didn’t it was quite easy) and now use to record with. I got it slightly cheaper than they go for normally coz the power button is dodgy but it’s a great lil device:

(I actually have 4 3/DSs: a DS Lite, a DSi XL, an N3DS and an N2DSXL. I bought them all for different reasons so I use them all but it is mildly overkill sometimes lol)

absolutely incredible. also massive respect to the Apollo justice theme :3c

I dont know who else to ask, but is 166.96 USD a good price for a japanese n3dsxl? It says used but it looks perfectly fine to me

I'd say it's a good price! I've spent 200 on an n3DSXL out of box (in person mind you- so it was more expensive than online) if you think it's in good condition then I'd say go for it. Keep in mind that japanese shipping will cost about ~$20 to the united states.

When I was a teenager and still on Neopets I was part of a pretty big Star Trek guild and eventually became part of its council, with the solemn duty of creating weekly polls. Well one day I created the poll "Which would win in a fight? Borg Cube or Death Star?". Naturally, since this was a Star Trek guild, the answer was overwhelmingly "Borg Cube", but someone did have the rationality to point out we were biased.

So I look up a pretty prominent Star Wars guild and message one of their council and ask them to poll the same question and get back to me in a week. They do, and naturally the fuckin geeks said "Death Star".

So then I look up a Stargate guild and messaged the lead council member, saying the same thing, and they get back to me almost immediately saying that the Death Star would immediately one-shot a Borg Cube but they would never be able to do it again to another Cube. And I took that wisdom back to my guild and we were mollified, and for one moment the Nerd World was peaceful.
