FINAL PITCHING
Hooray! We are done with our final pitching. It was so sad that we haven’t answered some questions from the panel. We are happy somehow because they congratulate us. Also, our instructor said we had a good presentation.
So, I think this is my last blog. Good bye.

FIRST BLOG 2022
Finally, there are 2 weeks left, and this semester will be over!
After December break, we immediately continued our prototype for our final pitching this Thursday. It was very hard to obtain the Face Recognition part. But still, we tried to make it work for our presentation. We did a lot of research and made 40% of our whole product work.

LAST BLOG 2021
Hooray! 🥳
While we were still waiting for some of our components to arrive, we just did two things; interviewed another potential customers and had our major presentation.
We had our major presentation last Saturday, we presented the BMC or Business Model Canvas. We changed it a bit since we have already launched our Facebook page 2-3 weeks ago. We were so happy about our latest post because it reached 1000+ people!

Happiness
Same old, same old. We just interviewed additional 5 potential customers.
What makes us happy and grateful this week is that as we posted our initial product and a photo of the team, the engagement increases and there's a high number of people reached.

As of this moment, our latest post which is 5 hours ago, it has gained 920 people reached, 30 reactions, 5 comments, and 8 shares. So far, so good!

Another presentation done ❤️

insert Daniella & Abegail
We went to our boarding house and started to make our prototype. It was a fun day because we helped each other and we learned from one another.

Last December 2, we created our Facebook page and I am so happy that it reached more than a hundred people in just less than a week.
We presented the Physical MVP, Bullseye Framework, and Traction Metrics. There are some comments and suggestions after the presentation, and so far so good.

Once again, I do really thank God for a responsible team. We always help each other with the activities given.

As the week goes on, we interviewed another 5 potential customers.

Here is our BMC or Business Model Canvas. We made it just this week and we had fun making it and brainstorming. We had expected to present it today, but alas, we have yet to do so.

As we made the BMC, we also thought of preparing and choosing the tractions channels for our launching. We talked and weighed the channels that we should use that will have higher efficiency or engagements. We chose our top 9 for the bullseye framework.

BMC
With the homework given, we have understood the Business Model Canvas even more after the lecture. As I searched for examples of Business Model Canvas, my knowledge widens and became more interested than before. As the deadline of our homework approaches, we tried to make our own Business Model Canvas.
Also, we additionally interviewed some potential customers for our product.

Validation
I learned that customer validation is one of the most important thing to when you are entering in the world of business.
Me and my groupmates interviewed more potential customers for our product. As we interview time to time, we are glad we had greater strength of validation from the potential customers. As time went by, we also learned the things we have to improve on our product.

Second Major Presentation

Last week has been busy because we have been preparing for my sister's wedding, which took place on October 22! 🤍
Despite my hectic schedule, I was able to complete the tasks that had been allocated to me. Because I submitted my input at the last minute, I was a little worried.

The 2nd Major Presentation took place on October 23, and I was really worried because my sister's wedding was being celebrated in our family on the same day! However, the presentation went well, and our instructor provided us with feedback and suggestions on how to improve and pass.

Finally Approved
After last last week's session with our Technopreneurship course, our instructor haven't made his mind up yet on what product should we focus on. So we searched, searched, and searched for problems that can really be a great help for the community.

WE FOUND ONE!!!
It's a Smart RFID-Card Based Attendance System!
We proposed it last Thursday and thankfully, our instructor gave his approval. He just added some little spice into it.

Hell Week
This week is such a bloody week. Thesis proposal, reporting, presentation, and full of homeworks! But still, we managed to get through it.

We're so thankful when we received this notification last October 4. We still got time to complete our activity for Technopreneurship. That time, our respondents are incomplete. We need 5 potential customers or buyers to answer the survey we made through Google Forms.

We continued making it after our proposals. Me, Daniella, Maria, and Abegail have different groups in our thesis. We completed the activity today, thankfully.
WE ARE NOW READY FOR PRESENTATION 😋

FINALIZATION
We haven't done much for week 4 because we are quite confused of what to do for the upcoming meet with our instructor.
What we just did was we finalized the three ideas we have. Me and my groupmates started to assign each other of the tasks needed to be done for that week.

We formulated questions and sent it to our group chat.
That's all for the week!

Spaceteam or Bunch

This application is called Spaceteam. This was encouraged by our instructor for us to play as part of our week activity. This game can accommodate up to 12+ players!
While we were waiting for Maria (member of the group), we tried to join the lobby. As I clicked the green button, it shows the green circles above my character. We tried to shout at it and pressed it a lot of times but we do not know how to start the game. We saw that there's a Bunch option in the game, then we installed it.

This is the Bunch application. There's a lot of games you can play with friends. It has a maximum of 8 players.
Instead of using Spaceteam, we used Bunch. We played the game "Guess What?". It was so fun to play this game and challenging. With the help of my groupmates, I ended up getting 4/5 which is a good one.

With the help of this game, it surely strengthens our trust with each other while having fun!

StartUp
— one or more entrepreneurs who want to develop a product or service for which they believe there is demand

Friday afternoon, I was digging into my phone and looked at my to-do list. Well, I do have a long list. Priorities first, so I played Valorant. 🤪 JOKE Not a priority but just a pampagana. After that, I was ready to focus and start with the important things.
Time to sort out the given assignment for Technopreneurship Week 2. Our instructor grouped us already and I love it because my group mates are my close friends! I won't be shy anymore We had a group chat through messenger, and started talking about the tasks for this homework. The four of us planned on how to carry this out, we've decided to think and search about startup ideas and common problems that can be solved through technology. I decided to review the powerpoints given for this week and searched for some information about startups. Knowing relevant information about it, I've thought of problems that a consumer can have.

By Saturday, we had a conversation through Google Meet and discussed the ideas that we have. Later on, we decided the top 3 ideas to be included in our homework. We talked on how to execute the other tasks and ended our conversation.

Berkeley Innovation Index (BII) Test
https://innovation-index.anvil.app
Are you currently or planning to be a technoprenuer someday? You MUST try this test to measure your Innovation Mindset Level by just answering 30 questions!
Personal Innovation Mindset Level
I can really say that I was honest in answering the questions. How? I took the test 2 times! The first time I took the test, I got 78.7, and saved it as a PDF. Hours ago, as I opened the PDF, unfortunately, the page was fragmented into 3 pages. The chart was cut and it looks ugly. In my second take, which resulted in 77.9, I finally saved it correctly by taking a screenshot!
Back to the main point of this blog, overall, having a result of 77.9 out of 100 is not bad at all. That means there's room for IMPROVEMENT. There's so much more to LEARN & DISCOVER.
Analysis and Recommendations

As you guys can see, the obviously lowest score I have among all those components is TRUST, on the other hand, the highest one is RESILIENCE.
Trust
Let me dwell first with the lowest one. I do have trust issues, and maybe that is the reason why I got a low score on that component. I couldn't deny the fact that my experiences in life left me with trust issues. In entrepreneurship, we always collaborate with people, may it be someone we already know or just whoever. We can't stand alone in this type of field. We just need to trust each other cautiously. And that's the thing I need to work on.
Resilience
How can someone be resilient in this world full of failures? Let me tell you that I was once an entrepreneur. There were bad days and good days. Of course, I'll talk about the bad days! 🤪 There were some customers who doesn't know how to respect. There were times buyers stood me up. Those are the few things that made me resilient. We always need to overcome and learn from the bad days for us to move forward. You can cry and be mad over it, but just for a short period of time! Don't let that consume and destroy you and your plans. Get up and try again!
As they always say,
"It's just a bad day, not a bad life"
Generally, all those components, it ALWAYS starts with the mindset. If you have a POSITIVE mindset, actions will follow.

Protagonist
Yep, I’m a Turbulent Protagonist! Anyone having the same code, ENFJ-T? Well, hello there 👋
ENFJ-T

In case you are wondering what ENFJ-T stands for, let me spell it out for you!😉
E - Extraverted
N - Intuitive
F - Feeling
J - Judging
T - Turbulent
Diplomats

As I am not that familiar with what Diplomat means here, I looked it up and read about it. So, its shared personality traits are INTUITIVE (N) & FEELING (F). Almost all of its descriptions are really true enough. I’ve experienced most of it. There’s a lot to say, but I’ll highlight the most important thing I’ve read.
“They are sensitive to other people’s feelings, and they want to nudge the people around them in positive directions.”
I can say that this is the MOST important thing among those descriptions because all my life that is what I wanted for the people around me, especially to my loved ones, for them to have a meaningful and prosperous life.
Social Engagement

Being a Protagonist, I do have the strategy of Social Engagement which has shared personality traits of being Extravert (E) & Turbulent (T). All along, I thought I am an Ambivert but says here, I am 73% Extraverted!
“Their Extraversion can help them move past the self-doubt that comes with the Turbulent trait, enabling them to expand their comfort zone even when it isn’t easy.”
I’ve read this line more than 5 times already and read more about it. I just realized that I have experienced this countless times. 21 years living in this world, most of the time I always doubt myself. “Am I capable of doing this?”, the question that comes frequently into my mind when I am doing things. As time went by, I just didn’t realize that my Extraverted trait helped me to get through it.
Tactics

To be honest, I am in between Judging and Prospecting. A day before, I would plan all the things that I would do for tomorrow by creating a to do list. But there are times that I am too lazy to prepare ahead of time, so I just go with the flow. There’s this line that belongs to Prospecting Personality,
“People with this trait hold that life is full of possibilities.”
and I believe in this. Possibilities in this world are unexpected and infinite. Take risk. It’s either a blessing or a lesson. Win-win.
It’s interesting how they kinda knew about what type of person I am by just answering questions. While reading and going back to the memories I had, I just asked myself “WHERE’S THE LIE???”.
We all have different personalities, different strengths and weaknesses. Let’s make good use of our advantages, and be better everyday to overcome our drawbacks.
