here’s what i do:
grab frozen blueberries, low cal milk such as cashew milk or watered down lactose free milk, and a sprinkle of stevia
i have this only when i feel a binge coming on so that i don’t get sick of it or run out
it’s way better than consuming a crap ton of calories (obvs)
