with an entirely unamused expression, white lily watches shadow milk carefully. ❝ is it not your own beliefs that kind deceit is more preferable to the harsh truth? ❞ that doesn't tell him whether she was lying or telling the truth. she's not sure which it was herself. ❝ then believe what you wish. ❞

at the mention of pure vanilla, she bows her head momentarily, then raises it back up to meet her eyes. yet another soft exhale before she continues to speak. ❝ pure vanilla wishes only the best for everybody. that includes you, shadow milk cookie. ❞

❝ if you do not wish to believe him, then at least humor him. i... am unsure what he sees in you — but perhaps you can impress him. ❞ it's a 50-50 on whether this next bit is going to work or just annoy her further, but she'll go for it anyway. ❝ or perhaps you simply cannot change anyone else's minds. ❞

Real tragedy huh?” (Shadow milk grins down at White Lilly Cookie, now lounging on the decaying branches of the tree that once imprisoned him.) “Tisk! Really though, all of this wouldn’t have gotten so so sooo bad if you would’ve just let us out or better yet never put us there at all! Think about it, that pest elder fairy could even still be alive..” (She rolls her eyes at the mention of the now late cookie before looking back down at White Lilly) “But that’s all water under the bridge if you can apologize for what you did.” (He offered, with a grin, shifting so he’d be hanging from the branch by his legs, like a child at play.)

he melts out of the darkness quietly, observing the other before him. strange — a new visitor to beast yeast? black sapphire hasn't seen her before, that's for sure... so microphone in hand, he observes quietly.

suspicious. perhaps master would like to hear about this– and so he moves to morph into his usual form casually, standing behind the cookie.

❝ a visitor? ❞ his voice is welcoming, but there's a suspicious edge to it. ❝ and who may you be? ❞

hmm– judging by the hydrangeas that form her hair, and her overall colour scheme — ❝ you must be ...hydrangea cookie, i assume? ❞ it would be embarrassing to get it wrong, but they always look so surprised when he gets it right — so really, it's worth the shot.

Hydrangea had been walking for awhile, coming to beast yeast for reasons...She couldn't quite recall, but knew for sure was for something important, tasked by the great dragon no doubt, but she was not one to travel so much.

Her dough was exhausted yet she urged herself to continue at least until managing to find herself at the spire of deceit, the spire itself did not interest her in the slightest, rather some flowers outside of it, there was this one flower in particular that seemed to appear like a sheep? How strange...Yet so interesting as well! And a good excuse to rest her legs, after all flowers were a special interest of hers so what better excuse?

it's annoying to admit it, but honestly, she can see her point. she has done her sentence for everything — millenia sealed inside a tree, she has to admit, must have been... painful. to be trapped like that with nothing but your own consciousness for company... yet another sigh. that seems to be all she's doing lately.

she inclines her head slowly in a nod. he's right, with at least that last part. dark enchantress cookie — the name still leaves a foul taste in her mouth. it always will, she fears.

❝ and how were we to know what would have happened if we let you out? what havoc you would wreak? ❞ what havoc they did wreak, too? but she won't mention that, seeing as she has a sense of self-preservation.

If I purposefully do not answer your ask, there is a reason for it. I may not disclose it, but if it makes me uncomfortable in any way, I will delete or block. But I believe that is usually unlikely.

* I am usually quite busy with schoolwork or other life stuff. I also have social anxiety, and can get nervous surrounding certain interactions. I can sometimes take a while to respond to asks, and I apologize greatly for that. Unfortunately, I also have physical health issues that sometimes make things very hard for me. It can be difficult for me to stay motivated to be online, and for me to draw because it causes me to feel pain and to become fatigued and very drained sometimes.
