Had another double date with Shaun T tonight! I completed Ab Focus and Total Body Circuit 💪 I did abs first and until about half way through total body I was like, “oh hell yeah, this double day ain’t shit” then I hit 12:27 of time left and my body was like, “LOL JK”. But I powered through and feel great!!
