The most brainrot take in asoiaf is thinking that Robert Baratheon's reign represents the decay of Westeros as a society/monarchy and that the previous Targaryen rulers represented a better era of Westeros. The things Maegor the Cruel did during his reign make Joffrey look like a angel, Rhaenyra and Aegon II ripped Westeros apart because of their stupid war for the throne, Aegon the Unworthy was a corrupt ruler that ruined countless lives and allowed a rebellion to take over the kingdom for generations, The Mad King tortured and burned innocent people and almost blew up the capital if it wasn't for Jaime Lannister saving everyone. I don't care that Jaehaerys built some dirt roads and created random laws that nobody follows, Targaryen rule was the worst period of Westerosi history.

Yeah it sucks how some neurotypicals have watered down the term trigger, but the solution isn’t to claim that only severely traumatized people have triggers. Most mental health issues can be triggered. If you have OCD and something makes your intrusive thoughts spike up, that was a trigger. If you are autistic and something makes your sensory issues flare up, that was a trigger. If you have depression and something makes you have suicidal thoughts, that was a trigger. If you have anxiety and something makes it worse, that was a trigger. It isn’t just PTSD which can get triggered
