well. i did it! i think i might post weekly updates instead 😭 tho i did change it from constantly doing 12-3-30 to doing 12-3 for 10 minutes, 5-3 for 10, back to 12-3 for 10, and then just whatever feels good for a 5 min cool down :)

tw// gym ment., weight ment.
today i started going back to the gym for the first time in about a year. just like a lot of ppl i gained some weight. and thats ok! weight isnt a bad thing but im not at the weight or fitness level i used to be/want to be!
so im spending an egregious amount of money per month for the only gym close to me. perks of living in a rural town 🤪
but! to get back into fitness, im doing the tiktok trend. the 12-3-30 on the treadmill. i used to dominate the treadmill incline before the pandemic so! i am throwing some other things into it to like weight training but...i figured i’d make posts on here to hold myself accountable and document progress! idk if ill make updates daily or weekly or what but! yeah!
