We refer to Thursday’s as ‘Friday Eve’ ‘round these parts. 🐭 And we eat smoothie bowls. I usually take a smoothie over a smoothie bowl unless I have homemade granola. Then I’m all in. And this smoothie is probably one of my favorites. If you try it let me know if you enjoy it and tag #rhianamygdala so I can see. ❤
Carobanana Smoothie Bowl
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp. carob powder
1 tsp. maca powder
2 tbsp. hemp seeds
2 tbsp. peanut butter
3 Medjool dates (or other)
1 cup water (2 cups if making as smoothie only)
Blend until smooth. Transfer smoothie to your favorite bowl and top with fresh and/or frozen fruit, granola,desiccated coconut + ka'kau nibs.
