We’ve made the hard choice to close Echo RP.
It was a great experience for us while it lasted and we are thankful for every player that we have. We had some great fun but it’s time to say goodbye.
Feel free to keep playing on your accounts, but the main won’t be active.

I am very interested in joining this community but I admit I am not fully up to knowledge on ABO. I've been doing a bit of studying to be as accurate as I can be but I have to ask, would you guys be willing do help someone who is unfamiliar? Basically hold my hand at least for a little bit until I understand more? Another question as well. I see you want more Deltas, would the alpha's be up for me coming to them and asking for plots? Second in command is a big deal to simply jump in.
Absolutely, our take on ABO verse is a little different, so if you stick to what's written in the game lore and ask the questions about what you are not sure about you'll be perfectly okay.
I'm sure our players will be game to plot with you, especially when it comes to Deltas. Feel free to contact us off anon and ask all the questions.

At about what age do you know that a child is alpha/beta/omega? Is it like a puberty thing or is it something you might know from birth?
It is like puberty, different for everyone.

BASICS
Name: Arizona ‘Ari’ Sun Yeun
FC: Christopher Larkin
Analysis:
age— Twenty-Seven
birthplace/hometown — . New York City, NY
occupation — Waiter at The Outlaw; amateur musician
rank — Omega; Danvers pack
Four Characteristics:
Perfectionist - Having parents who were successful put a lot of pressure on Ari to throw himself into everything he did and give it his all. There was no room for second best when he was a child and that way of thinking stuck with him into adulthood, especially when it came to his music. It was everything to him and the thought of being inadequate when it came to his technique, lyrical meaning, or composition was more than enough to drive him to practice constantly and effectively. His perfectionism, though useful when it came to polishing details and forcing himself to pursue what he loved, often led to him becoming absorbed in his projects and emotionally affected by even the slightest negative outcome.
Loquacious - If there’s one thing most people observe as soon as they meet Arizona, it’s that he doesn’t stop talking, not for anything. He’ll go on tangents about the most meaningless topics and won’t stop until whoever he’s talking to has been made an expert (or as much of an expert as he.) His talkative nature is also very present in his everyday life, he tends to speak with anyone he comes across and has a habit of trying to talk his way into friendships with most of the people he meets.
Personable/Charming - Social interaction has never been difficult for him, especially since he was left to navigate the big city by himself as a pup. Arizona’s generally eager to please, agreeable, and undeniably charming in his own way. Friends are a constant in his life and he makes an effort to know everyone and their story because people matter and someone has to let them know just that.
Excitable - Arizona embodies all that comes to mind when one pictures an energetic puppy. He’s hyperactive, optimistic, trusting, and easily roused into a fit of excitement. If you give him a task, he’ll find a way to make it exciting for both himself and anyone else working with him. Once he made doing the dishes into a game with his kid brother in order to get them done fast and efficiently. No one ever complained about dishes again, but soapy water all over the floors became a constant health hazard.
BIOGRAPHY
Growing up a latchkey kid, Arizona developed a sense of independence early on. His parents were two very successful business representatives who had little time during the week to hang out with their two sons, thus they were left alone for hours on end after school let out to do whatever it was they fancied. That mainly consisted of playing violent video games and exploring the big city they had at their expense.
With the world as their oyster, the two pups did what any kid would do in a big city and went on frequent adventures that almost always led to trouble whether it be with the police or with local business owners. Of course, he was usually able to talk his way out of it and end up with a few new friends as opposed to jail time and suspensions.
Arizona was almost never quiet. Opinions, sarcasm, jokes, anything he could think of spilled from his mouth like an uncontrollable waterfall of ideas. It wasn’t always a good thing, the unfiltered way he approached conversation, but he was never keen on changing it and continues to let every idea be heard no matter what. This unfiltered confidence he possessed made it easy for him to converse with a diverse group of people and many, many friends were a constant staple of his childhood.
Ari and his family moved to Echo when he was fifteen, moving in with relatives and joining the Danvers pack - a relatively new pack to the area with modern ideals and morals that aligned with the Yeun family’s own.Life in Echo was good and Arizona immediately got to work getting to know and love the residence. He fit in well in their small community, something he was grateful for, and when he graduated High School a year early he decided to stay and pursue his passion for music as opposed to heading straight off to college.
Music - it had been Ari’s lifeblood since he was a pup, filling his head with beautiful and expressive melodies and giving him a new way to express himself (which he loved to do.) From the age of seven he had his heart set on being a professional in the music industry, picking up as many instruments as he possible could and mastering every one of them. Music gave him a new way to talk, a new way to ramble at the world, a beautiful way and despite his generally underwhelming success in the carrier field, he’s not lost hope that he’ll one day live out his dreams.
His parents didn’t approve of his career option, especially since they both saw the arts as more of a hobby than something that payed the bills. However, they were willing to support their son as he made his own choices and learned from his mistakes. It was a sore subject between the family as a whole, but Arizona remained optimistic that one day they would come around and see his true talent and profession.
As far as relationships go, Arizona had been in two major ones throughout his young life. One was with a young Beta girl who gave the world and expected it in return. She was everything he wanted in a partner with a side of apathy and pessimism and their relationship ended when he realized how truly different they were. The other was with an older Alpha woman, someone demanding and in charge. She was fiery and more than enough for him. Their relationship ended on good terms after a particularly long and painful conversation about the pros and cons of their romantic involvement.
He craved love, affection, and everything that came along with it. The warm fuzzy feelings you get when you see someone you care for happy and safe, the gentle touches and heated moments, the emotional connection. Arizona feel fast and hard, it was something he’d accepted with time, and learning to deal with it still wasn’t a task he’d managed completely. A bond hopefully awaited him in the future but there was no way to know for sure.

Would someone who is against Omega rights and very prejudice against others? So essentially, a bad dude?
It depends on the biography. If it's a believable character - yes, they would be accepted. That goes for every application we receive. Depends on what you think makes a bad guy fit that definition. We are not looking for Disney villains where them being bad is their only quality.
To summarise - yes, write us a bomb application and we'd be glad to have any character you bring us.

Can you explain ruts to me a little further? I want to make sure I understand.
No problem!
Rut is basically very close to how heats are. You can read more about heats here.
It's a physical reaction to one's partner pheromones - the Alpha's or Beta's hormones spike and cause a change in their body functions. Alphas are more affected by it since Betas are less susceptible to scents altogether. It is why Betas make better military personnel and are usually pack Deltas.
Usually, it's Omega's Heat that triggers the rut, but there have been cases where the scent of a very compatible Beta can trigger it as well.
Think of it as a world where scent is a second language to the one we already have. It can tell others if you are agitated, worried, scared etc. It's not something that your character won't be able to control, however.

what sort of characters would you like to see?
More politicians! I would love to see a Mayor here and someone that would run against them in the coming elections that we plan to have in game. More Richards members certainly - medical personnel for the hospital, journalists in the newspaper, owners of finer dining establishments etc. All the open Delta spots need filling.

BASICS
Name: Jason Keeler
FC: Jake Gyllenhaal
Analysis:
age— Thirty-nine
birthplace/hometown — Echo, Nevada
occupation — Trainer in “Tommy Keeler” Gym.
rank — Alpha, Mitchell Pack
Four Characteristics:
Dedicated - 'The boy is driven' his grandfather's words resonated true for most of the things Jason did. He picked up a task and didn't let go until he's thrown everything he has at it. It doesn't matter if he's good or not. Jason will at least try. He's never been a particularly good student, but he never missed a class either,
Generous - He's always been the sort to share what's his with the world. Once the money started pouring in Jason didn't shy from sharing that too. He'd written more than one check to his father practically begging the old man to buy a house, upgrade the gym - only to have him refuse. His father remained the one person who didn't cash in on Jason's success.
Indulgent - Jason didn't grow up having a lot. It's not that he aching for luxury. But when he could buy bigger and better things for himself he didn't see a reason not to. He liked taking advantage of the opportunities that life presented him with. He'd earned them after all.
Aggressive - The boxing helped with his bad temper, but Jason is still more than ready and eager to throw a punch where his words didn't telegraph his intentions well. It's a painfully Mitchell trait that he doesn't regret one bit.
BIOGRAPHY
Jason Keeler grew up watching his father’s old boxing tapes enough times he could tell you the exact words the commentators used before they said them. Tommy ‘The Killer’ Keeler was the strongest, fastest and bravest man out there as far as Jason was concerned - his father was some sort of superhero. Yet these days he lived in a messy two bedroom apartment above his own gym. Still, it was perfect.
The gym was Jason’ playground of miracles. Everything could happen there. His father taught him that regardless whether you were an Omega or an Alpha – on the ring it only mattered how strong you were and how big your heart was. The rest, he said, was only what others want you to be.
Was it any surprise that Jason wanted to follow his steps and be the same man his father was? He was good at it too. As soon as the gloves were donned all bets were off and Jason fought like a man possessed. In a way – he was, he wanted to prove himself. He grew up, trained, won matches, lost others. It happened somewhat seamlessly. A manager lined up asking for his number. Then another and the offers started raining. He won some more. All of a sudden the old worn out gym was no longer the sky’s limit.
He could do more. His father seemed to take a step back let him do his own thing and Jason, in the haze of winning and the glory and the media attention, didn’t notice that there was a gap forming between them. One that only grew as months passed.
He was famous. Press loved him. Jason was a handsome, light heavyweight, undefeated champion with the smile and charm to back him up. Soon he had more money than he knew what to do with and that took a bad turn too. One all-nighter in a club turned to two and then he was drunk more often than not. Of course, the press loved that too. What’s better than a winner set on a downwards spiral?
As long as he provided entertainment in one form or another the spotlight was on him and he was loved. It didn’t take long before this winning streak turned sour, all the partying and careless behavior took its toll - he started losing. The people around him dwindled and Jason found himself suddenly with no matches lined up, no way to pay for his huge house and no one to have his back.
That was a wake-up call. He left the ring, went back home and picked up from where things were still good. Where he remembered a moment of happiness – that old busted gym and the two bedroom apartment above it. He’s working on things. Working on finding that spark back.
