In effect to what is an immersion, it's celebrating 58 years of what is one of the oldest civilizations and Europe. Seniors and children under 12 have free entries. Volunteers gladly open their doors for a day off sounds and beautiful tastes (did anyone say Greek food?). Over 30 Greek-themed kiosks/stalls line up Fresno with cooking demonstrations, mini/Youth Olympics, art tours and Greek wine tasting are all part of the itinerary.
