This was probably the most fun he’s had in a while when it came to teasing others that weren’t Maguro.

“And who are you supposed to be? Some kind of…space…thing?” Magolor asked, dodging Ecolo’s question.

“Well, you can definitely put it that way. But I like to think that they are simply tasty!”

He wasn’t sure what the blob was planning…but hopefully it wouldn’t be mean-spirited. Who would even do things like that on Valentine’s Day?

“If you’d like, I can definitely make more for you. I do it all of the time, so I don’t even mind!”

He looked taken back by the sudden offer, no one had ever willingly volunteered to help him before. At least, not out of pure knowledge of what he’s previously done before.

❝Really? You wouldn’t mind?❞ He asked, making sure he wasn’t kidding.

“Uhm…you’re not really supposed to consume the foil. But whatever floats your boat I suppose~.” It did seem like he was enjoying it anyway, so who was he to judge?

Seeing the blob consume the thing whole after one bite…reminded him of himself, actually. It was an amusing sight, and probably why he didn’t say anything about it either.

“Good, huh~? Now imagine giving someone else that satisfaction on Valentines!” While there wasn’t really anyone specifically Lemres would call his “Valentine,” a day to give everyone candy was good enough for him.

❝So, what you’re saying is, these so-called chocolates can influence anyone’s mood and make them happy, right?❞ Thousands of hypothetical schemes and plots began to devise in his head. None of them would really be easy to put into action, though.

“You’re telling me you never heard of chocolate before?!”

What a poor man…or blob, in this case. He certainly was missing out. Luckily, he had a small bar of milk chocolate on him that he didn’t currently need. He took it out and handed it to the space blob.

“Here, try it. This one’s on me~.”

❝Huh?❞ He cautiously took hold of the rectangular confection, analyzing the color and shape before taking a bite.

Out of both the chocolate and wrapper.

❝Ooh! Crunchy, I like it!❞ Somehow he popped the entire thing in his mouth whole, not hesitating to forget savor it piece by piece.

To be honest, he has never worn a hat a day in his life, let alone seen many of this kind.

Her reaction was an instinctive no. She even gripped her hat protectively! But after a few moments she calmed down a little bit and took her hands off. This creature was very… Odd, and somehow faintly familiar. But more importantly he felt a lot like space. Now that was interesting. Maybe she shouldn’t be denying it so quickly.

                “Look. I have some other hats, okay? But not this one.”
