Peaceful Sleep Spell

An anon asked me for dream spells a few days ago. I have some written down that I got from various websites, although I can’t remember where. I’m sure one of the sites was probably this one. So you can look there and see if you find other spells you like that I haven’t posted here. You can also go to my multipurpose spells post and make your own dream spells. 

~Materials~

Lavender

Chamomile

Salt

cloves

Mint

Rosemary

White candle

Blue candle

Drawstring bag (Preferably blue or white)

~Instructions~

Light the candles and mix the herbs into the bag. As you close the bag and hang it above your bed, say this or something similar: “Sleep be with me. Peaceful sleep, restful sleep. Let my mind be eased, let my body be calmed. Let the sight of night and dreams be clear, be quiet. Let my troubles drift away, let me dream.“ 

And… that’s pretty much it. It’s just a sachet with sleepy stuff in it plus a chant. Easy!
