Oct 15, 1982; Eddie hurt his wrist while “horsing around” in hotel room. same day, his right wrist was x-rayed at Hand Surgery Associates in NY. Doctors found a hairline fracture which results in postponement of 3 shows during the Diver Down tour. Ed still played guitar with his wrist in a cast & was forced to wear it for a short while after.

Saw a Frankenstrat relic in a store! 🤩

One of the employees who is also a guitar player said that Eddie installed the bridge pickup tilted in a certain way so that when a bend was done, the string would then align with the pole of the pickup

I know Eddie Van Halen’s birthday was 2 days ago but here are my pictures of his memorial. It was my mom and I at his childhood home in Pasadena, California in October 2020.
