hey do you ever think about the fact that 911 had an episode about eddie moving to texas and buck losing his Whole Entire Mind about it and sabotaging eddie’s house viewings and trying to make eddie jealous of a DOG (which worked btw) culminating in buck moving into eddie’s House. and then for some reason maddie was kidnapped????? but amidst all of that they still had buck freaking out about eddie moving to texas and then ultimately they said Goodbye in the Rain while acting like it was their first day ever having arms. and then they had an episode about eddie being gone and buck losing his Whole Entire Mind about it (eddie mention count: 15) and hooking up with his ex in eddie's house to distract (self-confessed) from Missing Eddie and then said ex called eddie The Competition and implied he was only okay with getting back together because eddie was Out Of The Way and then buck was like wait hold on ☝️ eddie is straight and also a Renter and then implied he has Feelings for eddie but not for said ex who he just slept with and then maddie BUCK'S SISTER asked if he was In Love With Eddie and buck got like, weirdly defensive and thou doth protest too much about it. and Then they had two episodes of eddie In Texas and half of that was spent on facetime to buck being partnerhusbands co-parenting chris with 800 miles between them. and then. well, then for Some reason they killed bobby??????? and amidst all of that buck and eddie had a partnerhusbands domestic about groceries that devolved into a partnerhusbands domestic about their respective grief and not being able to Talk to each other. and then eddie flew his son 800 miles from texas and invited aunt pepa so they could have a Family Dinner to show buck how loved he is and that he's Not Alone and like. then they had eddie and chris Move Back to LA and buck just. decide to move out. for some reason. Suspicious. if you ask me.

I kind of never want them to fight in the show again. unless in s9 buck is pulling away to the point where actually something bad happens to eddie and/or chris and buck could have been there for them but he just. wasn't. due to distancing himself. and obviously buck would be dying badly inside about failing eddie and chris like this but also eddie would be upset about whatever happened because it was scary but also just like. he needs buck in his life in a (romantic) partnership role but just doesnt know how to want and/or ask him for it. and hes angry that buck wasnt filling that role when he could have been. then they could fight again maybe

letting myself make one (1) single post about 911 the show .. to say .. i think it’s fun to play with in fanon stuff .. but to be honest i will be idk. kind of sad if the direction things actually go involves eddie continuing to get angry at buck. for buck like. being stupid or whatever including about their relationship. bc to me it’s really special that eddie gets angry, blindingly angry, but only when HE is hitting his lowest low and when HE is trying not to dissect something really painful. that he knows is there but can’t allow himself to feel. and well i dont trust the show at all anymore so maybe now he is a guy who gets irrationally angry like that and takes it out on buck. but its very hard to reconcile the idea of an eddie who wasnt even a little bit angry but sad and guilty when buck. BROKE HIS ANKLE. and who wasnt even angry initially when buck sabotaged his house showings. and who wasnt angry when buck snapped at him in his car. and a million other examples of eddie (not actively falling apart) accepting buck acting kinda silly or mean or stupid. with an eddie who just gets mad at buck for moving out or making a clumsy effort to distance himself or whatever. because i think probably he would understand why buck would do that even if the reason he thinks isnt “hes in love with me” but well. maybe im wrong

waking up still thinking about it. everything they filmed with ryan that was cut this season. facetime calls with chris. whatever they filmed with the whole group for 809/810. the sick day plot that was moved from that episode to invisible and then a bunch of stuff was refilmed to recontextualize/redo the story. whatever else they filmed of eddie's reaction to bobby dying. and Im just going to take a wild guess that something, probably with buck and eddie, was cut from the finale. like .........
