5/31 渋谷の事務所にて やっちゃんと、昆虫プロジェクトの製本を行いました。 私はカット、穴あけ、丸角を担当しました。 手作業での製本作業は初めて行いましたが、思っていたよりもとても大変な作業でした。しかし製本の仕方や、バージョンアップした昆虫プロジェクトの内容を見ることができ勉強になりました。 #昆虫プロジェクト

LAGIチームは、無事に提出を完了しました。(5/13)

新メンバーでの初グループ作業で、進め方など難しい所もありましたが、最終的な分担作業は一人一人のスキルアップに繋がったのではないかと思います。

淡水化事業、という日本ではあまり触れられないテーマを通して再度「水」の大切さを学んだと共に、エネルギー無しでは生きていく事の出来ない現実を突き付けられたように感じました。

For the LAGI2019 design competition regarding energy efficiency in Masdar, we worked on creating a water desalination unit-cum-community space. These were a few of the general models created as drafts. One idea was to make the structure look like a jellyfish where the tentacles would provide with mist in order to cool the atmosphere below.  This was scrapped to something a little more minimalist where we just utilize a dome and general seating space around the desalination plant. The dome itself would have a layer of solar film and generate its own electricity, thus being as energy efficient as possible.

【LAGI 2019】

In the age of population increase and progressing climate change, sustainable resources utilization has never been more important. Masdar is the leading developer of sustainable urban communities, and POSILITRE is believed to bring even further positive contribution to this city of the future. Current water desalination plants are isolated by the coasts as bulky factory looking systems. POSILITRE transforms ocean water to the ultimate humans’ source of survival, in the proximity of civilization. While saline water make up 97% of all the water on Earth, only 2.5% is fresh water. Furthermore, water does not come free, nor does it come without utilizing large amounts of energy. It is an important concept of POSILITRE to emphasize and educate the importance of how water is a limited source, and demonstrate the capability of technological advances of desalination. POSILITRE eliminates reliance on heavy energy usages, and creates a sense of familiarity and awareness of water distribution among communities by placing these desalination plants right in the heart of communities, not just as a desalination plant but as a community space as well.

【LAGI 2019】

ポスター１枚目の背景をphotoshopを使って作りました。

左右に、ドーム型の模型が来るように、この後合成さてます。(#Chiharu )

全身画像を探すのが難しかったです。

初めての作業で、影をつけや、画像の切り抜きなど、かなり時間がかかってしまったので、今後もphotoshopの練習が必要だと感じました。

【昆虫プロジェクト】2018年秋学期最終発表

アトラスも完成しました！ 印刷・断裁・貼り付けも全てうまくいったので、一安心です。まだまだ内容に改善の余地はありますが、ひとまず完成形ができたと思います。

あとはスライドを完成させるだけです。もう一息、頑張っていきたいと思います。

事例カードのフォルダが完成しました。

研究室の大判プリンターを使用し、三回に分けてカードを出力しました。断裁も自分たちで行い、フォルダには年代順にカードが��められています。技術と社会の割合が、ページごとに変わっていくのが読み取れて興味深いです。
