Was craving for some kopitiam-style Soft Boiled Eggs last night at the pub and decided to make myself some using our kitchen's new Anova Sous Vide machine, at 63.5°C for 1 hour. Turned out really well and yummy, especially with a bit of Soya Sauce and White Pepper.
