I guess Chaotix Mafia and Team Light (if that is the team name) aren't fond with each other especially when Rouge is a cop. I figure E-123 Omega is a pacifist or something.

team darks alternat versions never formed their team sadly. they do all occasionally work together despite that. Rouge being a crooked cop puts a bit of strain on that since she's often feeding info to groups like the mafia. She has arrested both Espio and Shadow during completely different situation though funny enough.

Omega, like all E series in Scourges universe, is an advanced search and rescue bot. Though each E series was discontinued for differing issues Omega has remained active as being the most 'stable' version.

But it's omega, so he's not really all that stable.

i have no idea how they end up meeting, though i can say that none of their friends are exactly excited with them being around each other

look at anti shadow. this is an old design you can tell because its in the sonic style.

so some small info, there's a huge cascading set of events started by Emerl (This version of him is only ever called "The Gizoid" or "Gizoid") not going rouge on the ark: Gun raid never happens, Maria outlives her grandfather because while he doesn't manage to cure her using shadow everything he does helps her live a much longer life, her and ivo meet properly while gerald is still alive her encouragements letting gerald help recognize ivo's genius, maria in turn becomes a big inspiration for ivo, shadow never really gets all that confident because essentially The Gizoid and Maria are both always acting bolder then him, shadow does still end up on ice though The Gizoid is as well, Maria put them both like that after Gerald died and a new scientist was put in charge of the ark, ivo is the one who wakes them both years later when their pods signals are finally detected, ivo is not trying to take over the world so he never really gives young scourge the purpose of being the wind that sonic gets, anti-shadow and scourge never form a rivalry, scourge hates anti-shadow a whole bunch, like to an insane degree, anti-shadow is terrified of the world as is and him and The Gizoid hide in Ivo's parks, the black arms invasion hasn't happened yet for unknown reasons.

Well given how a villain Infinite is, I'm sure he is good in that universe. If there is a Shadow there, I'm sure that version spare them. (Force really give the worst story like why would Shadow kill the squad unless they try to hunt him down or hired by a villain or something)

Also Belle could be a rouge badnik (not sure what the au calls there) like she hated being mascot by the guests who are cruel (think of Windmill villagers instead they aren't nice to people) before she decided to go rouge.

Infinite is more, neutral if anything. He's still a mercenary because he just never experiences the worst day of his life like he does in sonics timeline. Him and Shadow would have actually never crossed paths until way later. It's unlikely he would fight them at all if he did meet them.

Going rouge because of jaded people could definitely work. I can definitely see not everyone being happy with Ivo even in this universe. The great genius that wastes his time on kids rides and medical devices.
