man. I don't know if they went into any more detail on the stream, but the absolute lack of any explanation on 7.5 in particular is destroying me. this is the entirety of the in-game notice:

"*Main Story Part 7.5: Main Story part 7.5 will be released."

Twst team back on their usual trick of busting in through the wall, tossing a live grenade of one-sentence info with absolutely zero context, and then peacing out to watch everyone explode. what do you mean 7.5. is this the epilogue/hook to 8 that we didn't get with 7 proper. is it something totally different. what does it mean. WHAT DOES IT MEAN

thank you!! :> right now Ride Kamens only has a Japanese version; if playing it directly works for you, there are download links and more app info on the official site! they've started teasing part 3 of the main story coming out soon, so it's not a bad time to jump in. 👀

if playing in Japanese isn't an option, then unfortunately I think English translations are still pretty difficult to find...I know there's some floating around YouTube and various blog sites for the first couple of main story chapters, plus a handful of card stories, and I think that's about it. :( I have heard there's a fan discord with rough translations/summaries(?) of most of the main story + events, but I'm not sure about the details on that?

I think it's definitely worth checking out if you can though! come join us all in agreement about who the best character is and why it's Leon

it was one of him from the back (with Cheka playing with his tail) and, honestly, I get it? because if you're not familiar with the character and you only see him from the back, especially in a more simplified style, your natural assumption would be. well. this is a furryman. (and genuinely it's totally fine, all the comments have been extremely nice and it's always very flattering when people outside the fandom can still appreciate my art! I'm just like...I'm so sorry, he's actually an anime catboy who just happens to be indistinguishable at certain angles, I have accidentally deceived you --)

Hii!! I have a question! If I'm not wrong you have twst nendoroids, right? I was wondering how you managed to ship them from japan as the aniplex jp store works with pre order and most japan-global shipment proxy companies work by buying the product for the client? Sorry if it's a bother!

THE NENDOROIDS ARE BAAAACK (ahem) I mean, yep! :> I use a package forwarding service -- you buy the product yourself, and they provide a Japanese address for it to be shipped to, then once they receive it they send it on to you. the one I use is Blackship (you do have to provide ID verification for your account, but you can black out everything except your name and address -- I'm not sure if this is also true of other package forwarders, as they're the only ones I've used so far). Aniplex JP accepts international credit cards, so if you're okay with navigating the site and making the order, it ends up being less expensive than using a proxy-shopper.

that said, some proxy-shoppers will handle preorders, so if you're more comfortable having a service do the entire order, that should be fine! limited items like nendoroids have an order limit per person though, so there's a finite amount of orders a proxy service can place; they might run out pretty quickly.

good luck!! international shipping DOES get pretty expensive (I think it's been like $25-40 USD for me every time 💀) but it still usually works out to WAY cheaper than getting limited nendoroids on the resale market...the Twst ones in particular can get up to over $100+ secondhand. so. uhhhh ha ha yeah you wanna get in on the preorder if you can!

I wasn't really referencing a specific 90s anime; I just thought it would be fun to try and emulate that general late-90s/early-2000s style! :> (if the confusion is due to breaking fandom containment and so that explained nothing: the characters are from Twisted Wonderland! it's a mobile game that started in 2020 and is getting an anime this fall! somehow that made me want to try aging it a couple decades...?)

of course I'm realizing it was missing the one thing to really give it that authentic early 2000s anime touch

#twisted wonderland #twisted wonderland spoilers #HORSE #he looks like silver made a wish on a breyer horse model to bring it to life. i love him SO much.#he leaps through fire without a trace of fear! not a singed hair in his fancy little braid!#i got him on my second 10-pull!! so i got to experience the samson reveal in REAL TIME and it was glorious #though i'm still pouty that the club cards don't get stories >:(#i require three full episodes of silver taking better care of that horse than he does himself #he has ten different hoof picks and a three-hour mane and tail routine #an array of complementary accessories depending on the angle the light is sparkling off of his coat in the morning #sebek from halfway across the planet: MY HORSE IS STILL PRETTIER #can't wait for the eventual tempest reveal. i gotta see this extremely cool horse.

yep! :> I don't Kingdom (and I. generally avoid interacting with the fandom these days tbh) but I'm still on OB and let me tell you golly gee do I LOVE the dragons. 🫶🫶🫶 love them all competing for the title of Emperor of Being the Pettiest Little Prissypants! love getting to see Lychee's dragon form! love Longan finally losing their shit and oh my god that design. god I really really hope we get to see all their ancient forms, I need to see all of them just absolutely eldritch'd out IMMEDIATELY

for some reason though my brain completely misread/misinterpreted this as "which of the teachers is the most fun to draw", so uhh. I drew this thinking that was the question. :') and it's honestly a difficult one to answer! they each have their own shapes and their own unique charm points. they are all so very different in their own special way.
