"Thank you, just for a few days. Promise." Seonghwa blows a flying kiss.
Yeosang sighed, relenting just a bit. "Fine, but only a few days, Seonghwa," he grumbled, his tone softened slightly by her pleading. "And no funny business." He disappears into his room again.

Part 4(i): Yunho and Mingi's Adventure
Yunho and Mingi, the inseparable twins, always sought adventure together. Their bond was unbreakable, and their shared curiosity often led them to unconventional ideas. One day, when they were 15 years old, the mischievous Mingi lured his twin brother, Yunho to embark on a daring adventure—jumping into the demon realms.
"Mingi, are you sure about this? Jumping into the demon realms sounds... you know, a bit too adventurous for our age." Yunho try to convinced his brother. Mingi, eyes sparkling with mischief, waved off Yunho's concerns. "Come on, Yunho! It's going to be epic! We'll be like celestial explorers, discovering the unknown!"
Yunho, rubbing his temples, tried a different approach. "But Mingi, what if we get caught? I heard the celestial guardians are pretty strict about this stuff. We could end up grounded for eternity!" Mingi, with a mischievous glint in his eyes, proposed a solution to Yunho's concerns about getting caught during their daring adventure. "Yunho, my dear cautious brother, worry not! We have Mom's invisibility cloak!" Yunho raised an eyebrow, skeptical yet intrigued. "Invisibility cloak? Since when does Mom have an invisibility cloak?"
"Ta-da! I found it in Mom's secret stash. With this, we'll be invisible to everyone, especially those celestial guardians!" Yunho sighed, realizing that arguing with Mingi was akin to trying to stop a shooting star. Yunho, not entirely convinced by Mingi's cloak-centric plan, decided to argue back with a touch of logic and a sprinkle of sibling banter. "Mingi, using Mom's cloak without her permission is basically stealing, you know? What if she finds out?"
"Come on, Yunho! Mom won't mind. It's for a noble cause – exploration, adventure, and breaking free from the celestial routine!" Mingi cheerfully reasoned back with Yunho. Yunho, folding his arms with a stern expression, countered Mingi's reasoning."And what if Mom decides to explore your room and finds her precious cloak missing? That would be the end of our adventure before it even begins!"
Mingi, undeterred, leaned in with a conspiratorial whisper. "That's why we'll return it before she even notices. Trust me, Yunho, this is a genius plan!"Yunho, rolling his eyes, muttered under his breath. "Genius or not, we're risking eternal grounding for an invisible escapade. I hope you have a backup plan if things go south."
Mingi, flashing a confident smile, replied with a hint of mischief. "Yunho, my dear brother, when have any of our adventures gone exactly as planned? That's the beauty of it!"
Yunho couldn't help but be intrigued by the mysterious stash Mingi claimed to have discovered. "Wait a minute, Mingi. Why were you snooping around in Mom's stash in the first place? What were you doing there?" "Well, you know, I was just... exploring. Mom always talks about how the celestial realm is full of wonders, so I thought I'd start with her secret stash."
Yunho raised an eyebrow, a mix of amusement and disbelief on his face. "Exploring, huh? More like snooping. You really can't resist poking your nose into everything, can you?" Mingi, feigning innocence, widened his eyes. "Who, me? Never! I'm just a curious celestial being seeking knowledge and adventure." "Alright, Mingi. What other things did you find in Mom's stash? It can't just be the invisibility cloak."
Mingi, with a mischievous glint in his eyes, grinned and slowly reached into a celestial bag he had slung over his shoulder. To Yunho's surprise, he pulled out a brilliantly colored flying carpet.
Yunho's eyes widened in disbelief. "A flying carpet? Mingi, what in the celestial realms were you planning to do with that?"
Mingi, his sheepish grin widening, rubbed the back of his head. "Well, you know, it looked like fun! Imagine soaring through the skies on a magic carpet. Beats regular angelic transportation any day."
Yunho shook his head, a mixture of exasperation and amusement playing on his face. "You're unbelievable, Mingi. First, an invisibility cloak, and now a flying carpet? What's next, a secret portal to another realm?" Mingi's eyes sparkled with mischief. "Now that you mention it..."

[DANCING ALONE] P. S. H x K. H. J
One shot
I'm really bad at explaining things
Flashback: "Yah, Park Seonghwa!" Hongjoong called me as he approached me at Han's river bank. It will be the place we sneak out if classes were canceled or we just tried to take a break from the hustle of life as a student. "Yah, Kim Hongjoong!" I waved back at him. One thing that makes me admire this man; he never loses his smile. His smile was shiny and bright, exposing his nicely aligned teeth. People like him even the dog in my neighborhood likes him. The friendly side of him was never torn off. I, the opposite side of him. Gloomy, no one wants to befriend me, they say: "I don't know if I can have a friend like him," they avoided me like I'm a plague or something.
There were when I just got into the school, being a newbie at a new school was never easy for me. I have been kicked out of my old school just a few months in because I'm to gangster to be in their school. My mom was never happy about it, she tried to send me off to a prestigious school, but I think it will not be enough for me. With her last straw, she sends me to my father, her ex-husband. They got divorced when I'm 10 years old, what a life I had.
Hongjoong sat next to me, giggling. "What makes you so happy, huh?" I turned to face him. "Nothing, just me and you sitting on the river bank, talking nothing to each other, that makes me happy," he grinned. "Uhuh, really?" I mocked, "Have you thought about what will be our future like in the next 5 years?" sudden question from Hongjoong. "No," but it will never be the answer to that question."No, but yes, I guess," Hongjoong looked at me with a knowing smile. "I know you want to be a dancer, Hwa," only Hongjoong can call me Hwa. "I know that you have a passion for dancing, you can't hide it from me, you know that," he smiled. I just shrugged and thinking if my mom will let me, you know, dance. She always thought that dancing is not something you can't make money from it.
Present: Seonghwa closed his eyes, the rhythm of the music taking over his body as he moved with grace and precision. As he danced, memories of Hongjoong flooded his mind, but instead of distracting him, they fueled his movements.
Hongjoong had always been Seonghwa's inspiration when it came to dance. His friend's passion for music and movement had been infectious, and Seonghwa had learned so much from him over the years. But now, with Hongjoong gone, dancing had become a way for Seonghwa to hold onto his memory.
As the tempo picked up, Seonghwa spun and twirled, lost in the beauty of the music. He imagined Hongjoong watching him, smiling and nodding in approval, and it pushed him to dance even harder.
For a brief moment, Seonghwa forgot about the pain of losing his friend. He was simply a dancer, lost in the movement and the music. And in that moment, he felt truly alive.
As the music came to a close, Seonghwa opened his eyes, feeling a sense of peace wash over him. He knew that Hongjoong would have been proud of him, and that thought alone made all the effort worth it.
Author's notes: This one-shot has been a while, so enjoy. Thanks for coming by, love you.

Part 3
San woke up in the morning after his fight with y/n about whose gonna sleep on the floor but ended up sleeping together with a body pillow in the middle. He turned over to see y/n, sleeping peacefully beside him. As he watched her, he couldn't help to stare at her face, gracefully sleeping without sound.
But his peaceful thoughts were soon interrupted by a loud and obnoxious voice coming from outside their chamber. It was Woo, Y/N's older brother, and he seemed to be trying to wake up the entire castle with his loud voice.
San groaned and turned to Y/N, hoping she was still asleep and wouldn't be disturbed by the noise. But to his surprise, she was already awake and trying not to laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation.
Woo's voice continued to echo through the halls, and San couldn't help but wonder how anyone could be so loud and obnoxious first thing in the morning.
As they got out of bed and started getting ready for the day, San couldn't help but chuckle at the absurdity of the situation. He knew that with Woo as her brother, Y/N's life would never be dull or quiet, but he was grateful to have her by his side to share in the craziness.
After a fresh shower, San walks out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. His toned abs and shoulder flashed before y/n's eyes, making her blush like a tomato. Without a second warning, she rushed to the dining hall, leaving San behind. San, on the other hand, flustered by the situation quickly gets dressed and follows her to the dining hall.
"Oh, good morning dear" her mother greets her with a warm smile. "We're just about to start, take your seat. Where is San?" the queen asked as she looks around to see if San is trailing behind y/n.
"I don't know, maybe get lost in the hall," y/n just shrugged. "Hahaha, are you saying your husband get lost for the first day after marrying you," Wooyoung laughed, bringing a pan of cupcakes(specially baked for him by Changbin)
"There he is," Mingi announced. San walks faster to the dining table, almost stumbling upon the chair, being embarrassed he quickly sits down. Woo laughed an octave high making San wants to bury his face in the ground. "Woo, stop it," y/n warned. "Yes, Mom...," Woo mocked her and continued to eat his cupcakes.
The evening comes with a great surprise. Wooyoung has volunteered himself to show his gallery, and San just follows behind. Actually, San was curious about what Woo's gallery was about, but he was also a bit hesitant. He knew Woo had a tendency to be a bit eccentric in his tastes as an angel, and he wasn't sure what to expect.
"Are you sure it's something I'd be interested in?" San asked, eyeing Woo with a bit of skepticism.
Woo rolled his eyes. "Of course you will! I have some of the most amazing pieces in my collection. You're going to love it!"
San chuckled, following Woo through the halls of the castle. They eventually reached a large room with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the bright sunlight. The walls were adorned with various paintings and sculptures, each one more unique than the last.
Woo went over to a painting of a giant octopus attacking a ship. "This one is my favorite. The colors are so vibrant, and the detail is incredible. I just love the way the tentacles seem to reach out and grab you."
San raised an eyebrow. "It's certainly...interesting."
Woo laughed. "I knew you'd love it! And look at this one over here!" He gestured to a sculpture of a strange, alien creature that seemed to be made entirely out of metal.
San couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed by the sheer strangeness of it all. "Woo, your tastes are certainly...unique."
Woo just grinned. "That's what makes me so special! I've got a great eye for the avant-garde."
San couldn't argue with that. Even if he didn't quite understand all of Woo's choices, he had to admit that the gallery was certainly impressive.
"It's certainly an impressive collection," San said finally. "I can see why you're so proud of it." He actually doesn't want to get on Woo's bad side, he just gets into the family and he still has much to learn.
Woo beamed at him. "I knew you'd get it eventually! People say I'm too over-exaggerated about my collection. I just need someone to understand me."
San never thought that he will get to know Y/n's brother by his visiting Woo's gallery, but still worth it.
Author's notes: Again, thank you for reading this masterpiece, and bear with my delulu mind. I love you guys.

Part 2/Part 3
Author's POV:
San sat in his room, feeling a little bit anxious about the upcoming wedding. He knew that he was marrying an Angel Princess, and that their worlds were vastly different. He turned to his friend Yeo Sang, who was helping him with his suit.
"Yeo Sang, do you ever feel like this whole thing is a mistake?" San asked, his voice tinged with worry.
Yeo Sang paused for a moment, considering his words carefully. "No, San. I don't think it's a mistake," he said, his tone reassuring. "I think this is an opportunity for you to unite the Demon and Angel realms, and to bring about a new era of peace and understanding."
San nodded, feeling a little bit better. "You're right. I just wish my brother wasn't so...well, you know."
Yeo Sang chuckled. "Yeah, Seonghwa can be a handful sometimes. But you're the one who was chosen for this role, San. You have the support of your people, and you have the strength and determination to make this work."
San smiled, feeling a renewed sense of confidence. "Thanks, Yeo Sang. I don't know what I'd do without you."
Yeo Sang grinned. "You'd probably be lost, wandering around the palace in your underwear," he joked.
San laughed, feeling much better about the situation. The wedding was only three days away, and he knew that he could face it with a clear mind and a strong heart, thanks to the support of his friend.
Woo walked into his sister's room, his arms full of white fabric. "Hey, sis. I brought the dress!" he exclaimed, grinning from ear to ear.
Y/N looked up from the mirror, where she was adjusting her hair. "Thank you, Woo. You're the best," she said, beaming.
Woo laid the dress out on the bed, smoothing out the fabric with a gentle touch. "So, are you excited for the wedding?" he asked, looking up at her.
Y/N took a deep breath. "Yes, and no," she replied, her voice soft. "I'm excited to marry San, but I'm nervous about what's going to happen after. We're from two different worlds, you know?"
Woo nodded, understanding. "Yeah, I know what you mean. But you and San are perfect for each other. You're both kind, strong, and smart. Plus, you're going to make beautiful babies," he teased, wiggling his eyebrows.
Y/N giggled, feeling a little bit better. "Thanks, Woo. I don't know what I'd do without you," she said, giving him a warm smile.
Woo grinned. "You'd probably end up wearing a potato sack instead of a wedding dress," he joked.
Y/N rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but laugh. Having her brother around always made her feel better, and she knew that he would be there for her no matter what.
Meanwhile, Yunho and Mingi were busy trying to convince their mother to let them help in the kitchen. "Come on, Mom. We know how to cook. We can help with the food," Yunho pleaded, his eyes pleading with his mother.
The Queen hesitated for a moment, looking uncertain. "I don't know, boys. Cooking for a wedding is a big job. I don't want you to get overwhelmed."
Mingi spoke up, his voice confident. "We won't get overwhelmed, Mom. We can handle it. Besides, we want to do something to help Y/N."
The Queen considered their words for a moment, before finally nodding. "Alright, fine. You can help in the kitchen. But be careful, and don't burn anything," she warned, her tone stern.
"Yes, Ma'am!!" they shouted making their mother close her ears, sometimes she forgot how loud her kids were.
Yunho and Mingi grinned, feeling grateful for their mother's trust. They knew that they could handle the job, and they were determined to make the wedding a success.
On the wedding day:
As the day of the wedding arrived, Y/N's nerves were in overdrive. She couldn't believe that she was getting married to a demon prince. What if she wasn't good enough for him? What if she messed up during the ceremony?
San was equally nervous. He had never imagined that he would get married, let alone to an angel princess. He wanted everything to go perfectly, to make sure that his bride was happy.
Woo, on the other hand, couldn't sit still. He was too excited for his sister's big day. He kept pacing around the room, making sure that everything was in order and that everyone was ready.
"Mingi, are you ready?" he asked his brother for the tenth time.
Mingi rolled his eyes. "Yes, Woo. I'm ready. Just like I was the last nine times you asked."
Yunho chuckled. "Woo, calm down. Everything is going to be fine."
Woo took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. "Okay, okay. You're right. Everything is going to be perfect."
As they made their way to the ceremony, Y/N's nerves began to dissipate. She couldn't help but feel excited at the thought of spending the rest of her life with San. She looked over at him, and saw that he was smiling at her.
"You look beautiful," he said, his voice soft.
Y/N blushed. "Thank you. You look handsome too."
As they took their places at the altar, Woo couldn't help but feel emotional. His little sister was getting married. He couldn't believe how grown up she had become.
The ceremony went off without a hitch, and Y/N and San exchanged vows, promising to love and cherish each other for all eternity. As they were pronounced husband and wife, Woo let out a loud cheer, tears streaming down his face. The queen needs to calm him down before he becomes a crying mess in front of the guests.
"I'm so happy for you, Y/N!" he exclaimed, hugging his sister tightly.
Y/N laughed, feeling grateful for her brothers' support.
As the wedding reception went on, Woo couldn't help but flirt with the royal chef, trying to charm him with his smooth talk and charming smile. Y/N rolled her eyes at her brother's antics, but couldn't help but find it amusing.
Yeosang, on the other hand, was feeling shy around Jongho, the son of Lord Choi. He had a crush on Jongho for a while now but had never found the courage to tell him. Yeosang kept sneaking glances at Jongho from across the room, hoping that he would notice him.
Jongho, however, seemed oblivious to Yeosang's feelings. He was busy chatting with some of the other guests, completely unaware of the shy demon's affections.
As the night went on, Y/N and San danced together, their eyes locked on each other. Woo continued to flirt with Changbin, making him blush and giggle at his jokes. Yunho and Mingi were busy entertaining some of the younger guests, making sure that everyone was having a good time.
As the night drew to a close, Y/N and San shared a final dance together, the rest of the guests watching as they swayed to the music. Seonghwa stood nearby, proud of his brother and his new wife, with Hongjoong by his side, and of course drinks in his both hands.
Yeosang and Jongho shared a shy smile as they said their goodbyes, promising to see each other again soon. And Woo...well, he was already making plans to visit the royal kitchen again.
Author's notes: Sorry for the mix-up story of Woo, yeo, and jjong, but I try not to make it sounds awkward, just enjoy the story.

~DUTY TO DEVOTION~
Tumblr media
Pairing: Demon Prince!Choi San x Angel Princess!Reader
Tags: Angst, fluff, maybe a little bit of smut, happy ending/sad ending, jealousy, humor
I'm bad at describing!!!
The rest of Ateez are here for a moment, Seonghwa is a playboy
Synopsis: Two worlds collided for peace. San, the prince of hell has to rethink his father's decision for him to force an alliance with the princess of heaven, through an arranged marriage. Can they be the pair that will live happily ever after? Or is it just a duty to be fulfilled Part 1/Part 2/Part 3 In a world where demons and angels coexisted, there were two powerful kingdoms: the Kingdom of Haven and the Kingdom of Thorne. The two kingdoms had been in conflict for centuries, but the tension was finally ending. The King of Demons and the Queen of Angels had decided to bring peace to their kingdoms through an arranged marriage between their children. Prince San, the second son became a candidate or should we call a replacement for this arranged marriage as Prince Seonghwa, the eldest son was a playboy. Their father was unhappy with Prince Seonghwa's attitude and sick of his son bringing home different women every night. So, San has to step in to grant his old man's wish. San's POV: I was called to the throne room, and my father wants to talk to me about something important. It set my heart to beat faster than usual, and with heavy footsteps, I entered the throne room. "Father," I greet my father as I step into the room. "San, my son, I need to speak with you."
I could tell by the tone of my father's voice that this was going to be a serious conversation. I braced myself and walked into his throne room.
"What is it, Father?" I asked, trying to keep the edge out of my voice.
"It's about your brother, Seonghwa," my father said with a scowl.
"He's been neglecting his duties and spending all his time with those human girls. He's no longer fit to be our next king."
I suppressed a sigh. Seonghwa had always been a playboy, but I didn't want to see him cast out of the family.
"What does this have to do with me?" I asked.
"You are the next in line for the throne, San," my father said pointedly. "And as such, it is your duty to marry and secure the future of our kingdom. I have arranged a marriage for you with the Angel Princess Y/N."
My heart sank at the mention of an arranged marriage. I had always hoped to find love on my own terms, but it seemed like that was never going to happen.
"I understand, Father," I said evenly, trying not to show any disappointment. "I will do my duty and marry Princess Y/N."
"Good," my father said with a nod of approval. "I expect you to treat her with respect and honor. And don't forget San - this is not just about you. This is about the future of our kingdom."
I nodded, knowing that my father was right. But as I left the throne room, I couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness at the thought of marrying someone I didn't love. Author's POV:
San was feeling overwhelmed after his conversation with his father. He knew that marrying Y/N was the right thing to do for their kingdoms, but he couldn't shake the feeling that he was being used as a replacement for his brother.
He needed someone to talk to, someone who would listen without judgment. And there was only one person he trusted enough to confide in - Yeosang. Author's notes: Yeo will judge you're ass, so be careful XD
Yeosang was San's closest friend, and he knew that he could always count on him for advice and support. So he made his way to Yeosang's chamber, hoping that he would be there.
Thankfully, Yeosang was in his chamber. "What you want?" Yeosang with his bitchy attitude questioned San's presence in his chamber. "Can I talk to you for a second?" San asked. "Yeah, sure. Come in," San sighed heavily and sat down on the bed. "I just had a conversation with my father about my wedding to Y/N," he explained. "And I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed."
Yeosang raised an eyebrow. "I see. And what kind of advice are you looking for?"
San hesitated for a moment before finally admitting, "I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if I'm ready for this kind of commitment."
Yeosang nodded thoughtfully. "Well, you could always talk to Y/N about your concerns," he suggested.
San shook his head. "I don't want to burden someone I barely know about my concerns, I never met her, Yeo.
Yeosang nodded and gave him a small smile. "Then maybe you should talk to someone who's been in a similar situation," he said.
San looked at him quizzically. "Who?"
Yeosang shrugged. "Well, I've never been in an arranged marriage, but I do know a thing or two about commitment."
San chuckled. "You're not even dating anyone, Yeosang."
Yeosang grinned. "Exactly. I'm an expert in being single."
San rolled his eyes but couldn't help but laugh. Yeosang always had a way of making him feel better.
"San, marriage is a big responsibility," Yeosang finally said after a while. "But if you do love Y/N, and if you think that you can be a good partner to her, then I think you should go for it. You can't let your fears and doubts hold you back."
San nodded, taking in Yeosang's words. He appreciated his friend's honesty.
"Can I ask you something?" San said after a moment. "What about Jongho? Do you think that you'll ever tell him how you feel?"
Yeosang's cheeks turned slightly pink, but he didn't look away. "I don't know, San. It's complicated. I don't want to risk our friendship, but sometimes I can't help the way that I feel."
San understands that his friend is shy to confess his feeling, but when the time has come, he will always be there for his friend.
"Thanks, Yeosang," San said gratefully. "You always know how to put things into perspective."
Yeosang just shrugged. "Anytime, man. You know I'm always here for you."
San left Yeosang's room feeling much better than when he had arrived. He knew that he still had a lot to figure out, but he was grateful to have a friend like Yeosang who could help him through it all.
Author's POV:
Y/N was sitting in her room when her mother came to deliver the news. She had been expecting it, of course - as a princess, she had always known that an arranged marriage was a possibility. But that didn't make it any easier to hear.
"Y/N, I have some news," her mother said, sitting down next to her on the bed. "I have arranged for you to marry Prince San of the Demon Kingdom."
Y/N's heart sank. She had heard of Prince San, of course - he was known for his fiery temper and his powerful control over fire and darkness. But she had never met him, and the idea of marrying a stranger was daunting.
"I don't know if I'm ready for this," Y/N said, her voice shaking slightly. "What if I don't love him? What if he doesn't love me?"
Her mother put a comforting hand on her shoulder. "Y/N, it's natural to feel anxious. But you are strong and capable, and I have no doubt that you will make a wonderful wife to Prince San. And who knows - maybe you'll even fall in love with him."
Y/N wasn't convinced, but she appreciated her mother's reassurance. She knew that her duty as a princess was to do what was best for her people, even if it meant sacrificing her own happiness.
But that didn't make it any easier to face her teasing older brother, Woo. He had always been a bit of a jokester, and he took great delight in teasing Y/N about her impending marriage.
"Hey, Y/N, have you started practicing your demon-summoning spells yet?" he joked, winking at her.
Y/N rolled her eyes, trying not to let his teasing get to her. "Ha ha, very funny, Woo. I'm sure you'll be the first one I call if I ever need to summon a demon."
Woo chuckled. "Well, you never know. Maybe you'll end up falling in love with the demon prince after all."
Y/N gave him a playful shove. "I highly doubt that. But speaking of love interests, I heard a rumor that someone has a crush on the royal chef."
Woo's eyes widened in alarm. "What are you talking about? I don't have a crush on anyone!"
Y/N smirked. "Oh really? Because I heard that you've been spending an awful lot of time in the kitchen lately, trying to impress a certain someone."
Woo's face turned bright red. "Okay, fine, you got me. I do have a ....crush on Changbin. But you can't tell anyone, Y/N! Please?"
Y/N put on a mock-serious expression. "Hmm, I don't know, Woo. It might be fun to see how the royal staff reacts when they find out that the Princess's brother has a crush on the chef."
Woo groaned. "Okay, okay, I get it. I'll stop teasing you about the demon prince if you promise not to tell anyone about my crush. Deal?"
Y/N laughed. "Deal." Despite her worries about the future, moments like this reminded her that she still had her family's love and support, and that was something she could always count on.
Author's POV:
Seonghwa made his way to Hongjoong's chambers, feeling a mix of anger and disappointment at the news that he was being replaced by his younger brother for the arranged marriage. As he entered the room, Hongjoong looked up from the book he was reading, and immediately sensed the tension in Seonghwa's body.
"What's wrong?" Hongjoong asked, setting the book aside and giving Seonghwa a concerned look.
Seonghwa let out a frustrated sigh. "It's this marriage," he said. "My father is making me step aside for San. It's not fair, Hongjoong. I am the oldest son, I should be the one marrying the princess."
Hongjoong raised an eyebrow. "Is that what's bothering you?" he asked. "The fact that you're not getting to marry the princess?"
Seonghwa nodded, feeling his temper rise. "Yes, of course! It's a matter of pride, Hongjoong. I can't just sit back and let my younger brother take my place."
Hongjoong leaned forward, placing a hand on Seonghwa's shoulder. "Listen to me, Seonghwa," he said firmly. "Your attitude is not right. You're acting like a spoiled child, throwing a tantrum because things didn't go your way. This marriage is not just about you and your pride - it's about the future of our kingdoms, and the peace that it will bring. You need to start thinking about the bigger picture, not just your own desires."
Seonghwa felt a wave of shame wash over him as Hongjoong's words sank in. He knew that his friend was right - he had been acting selfishly, without considering the consequences of his actions. "You're right," he said quietly. "I'm sorry, Hongjoong. I just...I can't help feeling disappointed."
Hongjoong gave him a small smile. "It's okay to feel disappointed, Seonghwa. But you need to learn to channel that energy into something positive. Find a way to support your brother, and to make this marriage work for everyone involved. Who knows, maybe you'll find happiness in unexpected ways."
Seonghwa snorted. "Yeah, right. Like who would want me now?"
Hongjoong rolled his eyes. "Oh, please. You're a catch, Seonghwa. If no one else wants you, I'll take you."
Seonghwa laughed, feeling a little bit lighter. "Thanks, Hongjoong. I appreciate it."
Hongjoong winked at him. "Anytime, my friend."
