If you’re European, in a couple of weeks you will be denied any and all access to fandom contents on Tumblr and everywhere else on the internet. Here’s why.

On June, 20th the JURI of European Parliament approved of the articles 11 and 13 of the new Copyright Law. These articles are also known as the “Link Tax” and the “Censorship Machines” articles.

Articles 13 in particular forces every internet platform to filter all the contents we upload online, ending once and for all the fandom culture. Which means you won’t be able to upload any type of fandom works like fan arts, fan fictions, gif sets from your favourite films and series, edits, because it’s all copyrighted material. And you won’t also be able to share, enjoy or download other’s contents, because the use of links will be completely restricted.

But not everything’s lost yet. There’s another round of voting scheduled for the early days of July.

What you can do now to save our internet, is to share these informations with all of your family members and friends, and to ask to your MEP (the members of the European Parliament from your country) to vote NO at the next round, to vote against articles 11 and 13.

hey anyone else love how tiffany is a female in a horror series who is never seen as below or beneath a character like chucky like she is allowed to be feminine and a hopeless romantic while also being an evil murderer like hello this icon ??? and even though her relationship with chucky is obviously ya know Out There she never feels like she’s treated like less of an equal by narrative with him. they both are asses to each other in their own ways, they’ve both killed the other a few times it’s fine it’s fine it is equality !!

those few seconds of tiffany from the cult trailer have just got me so PUMPED like they’ve got her acting like her own brand of crazy with the knife and delivering a chucky quote from bride at the end? i’m just so glad as a love interest tiffany was written as an equal and not a random nice human girl who “””steals chucky’s heart””” like they could have (like that messy backstory i pretend never happened in curse bye) but seriously this queen.

I want villains who go against the stereotypical bullshit that “evil cannot love” or whatever.

I want villains who spend months in their creepy dark lab building the death ray with their best buddy and hug each other when the superweapon is finally complete.

I want villains who fall madly in love with the other evil prince or princess they married to consolidate their power.

I want villains who tell bedtime stories to the little clone they created to be the successor to their throne and order their minions to get the clone a cup of warm milk because she can’t sleep.

I want villains hanging out with their best friends and acting like dorks while they bowl with their enemies’ skulls.

I want villains who are both evil and real, and real people have friends and families and loved ones.
