For the uptienth time, Phoenix wiped the sweat off his brows, his legs growing tired as the classmates friends trio had ran a few blocks in the summer heat to reach the line of the icecream truck on one of their regular neighborhood outing amidst grazed feet and bug catching… which felt like it was going for miles.

A randomized popular limited edition cards and sticker (with also the chance of being foiled!) were offered at the purchase of one collab sundae, so it was no wonder atop of the season that so many other kids were hoping to get a chance while stocks were still available. Larry was in front of them and kept hyping things up, looking like he had no issue despite his own sweatiness.

The spiky-haired boy turned around to look at Miles. "Oh-- Sorry I guess we got excited when we heard the truck music, but I forgot you don't have running shoes on. Are you okay? Hey, which one are you hoping to get?"

"Guys……….." Larry muttered, turning around, with all his pockets turned upside down, frantically picking up coins he had left. "Err… how much do you guys have?"

“ ⸻I'll live. ” The boy muttered - regret upon him the moment he felt sweat running down his temples. But it could be worth it. ( That Steel Samurai limited edition card could be his if he's lucky. ) Straightening up, Miles grabbed a small handkerchief to wipe any sweat that he gathered; dabbing at it while making a face at Larry's sweatiness.

A smile spreads though at the question: “ Steel Samurai, duh. It has to be foiled. It has to be. ” His attention snapped to Larry who was turning his pockets inside out. Rolling his eyes, Miles removed his bag off and opened one of the many pockets it has. The one he opened was small, but enough to place money, etc. “ I do believe I have enough to buy for all three of us. Is that acceptable? I have been saving up a little so... and this time I make sure that someone like Butz doesn't "accidentally" grab my money. ”

⸻ Double-checking that I'm logged onto this blog via my sessionbox for easier access. But hello! I'm here though I've been awfully slow (again) because of browser / laptop issues which are starting again. ( even though i had hoped that my NVIDIA Driver updating would've sorted it out but it didn't. ) Currently using Opera rather than Opera GX in hopes something will change but I don't think it has. That and my health has taken a downhill. But I'm here to hopefully do more stuff when I can. I appreciate everyone who is patient with me and with all my blogs I am on! <3
