Vanilla berry puddings

10 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
50g butter, melted
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup boysenberry jam

Sauce
3/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup boysenberry jam
3 Method Steps
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine flour, sugar, butter, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Divide jam between six 1 cup-capacity ovenproof dishes. Spread batter over jam.
Step 2
Make sauce Place boiling water, sugar and jam in a heatproof jug. Stir to combine. Divide sauce evenly over batter in each dish.
Step 3
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until just set. Stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
