#Work-out: Pre-ChloeT stamina builder Day 7
Took 2 days break on Sunday and Monday (26th & 27th Apr) because I was studying for and taking my final ppr! ANDDDD, IM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH Y2S2 ๐ Y2S2 OUT HEHE ๐
Did 2 abs on Tuesday when I come back from my breakkk and here is the videoo (I know I didnt update for a few days because I am lazy ๐ hopefully this wont happen again!!) At least I didnt stop working out so thats a good note I think ๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Although Im still not working out a lot, but better than being inactive ๐คง
And I have decided to stop taking daily photos, probably the next time I update on photos will be when I have obvious results hehe

Did the abs workout that I have done from the past few days (2 weeks abs shred) and as I mentioned earlier, wasnt in my best form and definitely know that I can push myself much further ๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ

Tried a new abs work out by ChloeT today (11 line abs workout), it was tiring.. There is a few exercises I have not tried before and my form is abit weird and I dont think i did them correctly. But its ok, I will try again tmr ๐ช
Wasnt feeling the best today, take a lot of break in between and for some reason I felt like the more I do, the worse I sort of get ๐ hopefully I will feel better soon.

#F&B: Banana Oat Pancakes
Tried this recipe from Emi Wong for my brunch because I wanted to start eating more healthily. Chanced upon her channel with this recipe and just nice I had all the ingredients needed to try it out! Only 3 simple ingredients are needed : bananas, oat, eggs.
The preparation is really simple! Can check out her youtube channel for details. But wow, actually making the pancake sure is tough. I cant flipped them nicely and hence the end product doesnt look really appealing :')
For the taste, it was amazing!! The sweetness comes entirely from the banana and it is super delicious ๐
My mum gave it a 9/10 and my sis gave it a 8/10! Supper worth to make these healthy pancakes because they are so easy to make too hehehe

Took another unintentional break yesterday. I had a test yesterday that took longer than I expected to complete. By the time I finished my test, it was already really late so decided to treat it as my rest day yesterday. Hence, I am back to business today!! ๐๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Did abs today and wow, im slowly getting the hang of engaging my core for each work out and pusbed myself a little harder at the start of the work out. Which explains why I end up ded by the time im doing the planks w/ hip dips. ๐คง But really feel the burn in my core today! Pretty good workout I would say ๐

#Work-out: Squat challenge Day 5
As mentioned in the previous post (CT Day5), took an unintentional break yesterday. Day 4 is supposed to be 60 squats but I did not do it. And so, I decided to bring it to today, Day 5, which is supposed to be a rest day. Which means, I shall treat it as I brought forward my Day 5 break day to Day 4 ๐ถ
These squats are really working my legs out, did with weights today again and wow it sure was tiring! But I would say its a good workout too ๐๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ช

Took another unintentional break yesterday as I had a quiz and that took much longer than I expected to complete. But Im so glad the quiz turns out to be more managable than expected ๐ And im back with my daily workout ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐ช
Did abs today and wow, I think im really slowly getting the hang of engaging my core during the exercises. I can really feel my abs burn when doing the exercise and that is really great! (Which also explains why I am ded by the time I do the plank w/ hip dips ๐คง) But all in all, great work out!

#Work-out: Squat challenge Day 3
75 sqauts today ๐ช Took an unintentional nap for an hr and a half today, woke up at 530PM. And that is the time I usually prepare myself to start workout..... due to this unintentional nap, I decided to skip the ChloeT's stamina builder workout. Because I just woke up and really isnt in the best condition to be doing anything too intensive for too long. Hence, I decided to take my squats up a challenge and do them with weights since I am not going to do any other work out today.
Wow, it was intensive!! I really did not expect myself to sweat this much. Not sure if its because of the addition of the weight but my heart rate did increase more than I expected as well. All in all, a good work out! Can feel it in my legs and arms as well since I need to hold the weight up.

Completed the 50 squats for Day 2 and it wasnt as bad as Day 1. Probably because today is full focused on abs exercises and not full body! So my legs arent as jelly when I do my squats ๐

#Work-out: Pre-ChloeT stamina builder Day 4 (part1)
Reading my first post, Day 4, which is today, is supposed to be my rest day. So I am suppose to be taking a break and let my body rest. Since I started on the squat challenge, I was thinking I will do the squats and probably some stretchings since I will be changed into my work attire, might as well do abit more. But, I ended up doing the ChloeT's abs workout!! Probably because I end up getting a bbt from my sister's friend and I feel guilty so decided to do some abs. I am so surprised by my own motivation when I actually played the abs video and started working out! ๐๐ช
So, that's that, the even more surprising thing is.... I did the set twice! YESSSS, TWICEEE! ๐ hehehe because I felt the first set I did for the abs workout was so bad.. I took so much break inbetween, my form was off... So I decided to go for another one after a break! Proud of myself ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ

Started on this new challange and as the name suggests, the only exercise Im doing is squats! I chanced upon this challenge on Instagram and it seems like a good addition to whatever work out that I am doing! Although it is just squats, doing them after my full body workout today sure got my legs jelly ๐คง

#Work-out: Pre-ChloeT stamina builder Day 3
Now that I think back, although I have been working out for the past weeks, I have never gone past Day 3 before! After Day 1 and 2, I will always slack off. Its not like the workout per day has been really tough, so honestly taking day 3 break is not reasonable! I faced the same issue today and was contemplating so hard if I should go for Day 3. Im so glad I actually dragged my lazy ass out for it ๐
Honestly from the pictures I have not been progressing much because I know that I am not really pushing myself too hard. And my diet is really unhealthy :") So I really should start watching my diet and stop snacking and eating so much junk! ๐ช
I also need to start pushing myself much harder from now! Jiayous to me ๐

So here is day 2 woohoo ๐ Workout is a little harder today took a few breaks here and there but I feel that my form is getting better? And I think thats a good sign! Hopefully I will reach my dream body but I think my current diet is not going to help with that at all. Will start by drinking less sweet drinks and more water ๐ช

#Work-out: Pre-ChloeT stamina builder Day 1
Due to circuit breaker, school's out, most of my exams are cancelled and we are only allowed to stay-home unless we need to do groceries shopping. And I suddenly have plenty of time on hand! Im only left with 1 module before Y2S2 is officially out! Woohoo ๐
So, I have decided to work-out for the abs body. Have always wanted to have abs, like I want to be lean with no tummy and no flabby arms or thighs. And the only way about this is so work-out! I am rather determine to get that abs or at least have a flat tummy by the end of summer. If possible I hope to have them before summer even ends! And I can wear those shoppee clothing I got (from my prev post: #Fasion: Shopping haul from Shoppee) and be confident wearing them! Dont have to worry about tummy fats getting squeezed out when I sit down/the side armpit fats being seen. Since most is raving about chloeting's 2 weeks shred challenge, I have decided to give it a go! But omg, its so tough!! We are supposed to do 2 videos for day 1 and I am already ded after doing the first video (full body) hence I dropped the second video (abs).. It was really super difficult, my whole body was shaking after i did it. So I realised it is not going to be effective for me because I cannot even complete the first video w/o stopping in the middle. Hence, I have decided to just do the full body workout everyday for maybe a week to build my fitness before starting on the challenge. Have been doing it for awhile now (but not really consistent)
So Ive decided to start a fresh from today as day 1 and keep a record of my progress here!

#Fashion: Shopping haul from shoppee
Trying on some new styles that I have never dared to try because I am not very confident that I can pull it off. But decided to get some cheap ones from shoppee because even if they doesnt fit me well, its fine as they dont cost much and I can just donate them away.
So Ive bought a tube top, a bralet, a new sports bra and a tropical outerwear that I can just wear over because the tube and bralet by themself is abit too revealing to wear. This style is more towards the sexy and slightly more revealing side. Never really gone for something like this so, its really a first for me! They actually turned out rather not bad! Super happy that they actually kind of suit me and Id definitely wear them out!






The black crochet bralet is really super pretty as the back is just lace and tbh it looks very sexy and flattering!
The tube is just simple with a little floral detail at the top and bottom of it. Personally I think it matches the floral outerwear really well!
Have a red sports bra too, but thats pretty normal and it will be posted along with my work out vid and progress for the day later hoho.
Overall, super happy with this style and would definitely go for more of this style ๐


Another of the slight more sexy collection into my wardrobe. Got this beautiful piece from zalora back when I was shopping for my 21st birthday party dress. Its a gingham bareback dress and honestly look verh flattering as well. Hehehehe
