The fridge is usually right there! i prefer to snack. Have snacks around which will fuel your day.

9. Limit your activity on social media.

It's hard to not check Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn during the day. We all roll in the hay. But set some boundaries. Check before work and perhaps but at lunch. If you wait until the top of the day to follow up, you will find you’re more productive.
