This is alarming and triggering if your in withdrawal from prescribed medication.

As this is what caused this state of being. After being given ativan by a private Dr in the pandemic for tinnitus and told to take it for 6 months straight, to then be told that its totally safe to just stop taking ...

this is what happened to me.. I did not sleep for 8 months and paced for over a year in a drug induced sleep deprived Phsycosis !

I was pulled through three hospitals and almost died

I am still here I am still on the Ativan after reinstating it 8 months out a tiny dose of 0.5mg... shows that no dose is a low dose, as it stabilized me from a place like this! I was given 2 other drugs that did not help.

I now find myself microtapering these drugs one by one in the hope of being drug free and fully healed off this crap one day!

I am sharing this to show others going through this, that you can still heal. Even when you think its gone beyond,

I found through my journey that there are many others just like me and Drs actually give meds out like this all the time, they have no idea about the withdrawal. This goes for antidepressants as well. And Antischycotics ( I can never spell that word ) Drs dont know about tapering and how to taper people off.

Firstly you should never be given a benzo as regular use they are for crisis one off situations, due to the body becoming completely dependant in as little as 2 weeks of regular use.
