Noelle Holiday really is one of the most intriguing female character ever written huh?

She's the sweet friendly studious girl next door. Her entire schtick is Christmas. She's on the track team. She's a lesbian. She loves ARGS, creepypastas, and video game glitches. She has a crush on the new girl. She's terrified of mice and humans and everything else. She thinks IC-E is real.

She can't say no to anybody. Her Dad's sick, her sisters gone, her Mom breathes down her neck constantly. She knows her neighborhood friend better then anyone. They haven't talked properly in years. Not since everything went wrong.

She figures out how to speak for herself. She splats when trying to give tender loving care to Virovirokun. She shares her chocolate. She wants to buy Susie tea in gallons. She imagines what it would be like to be pushed around by the new bully girl. She shakes her bluebird friend senseless cause she's confused as hell at what he's saying. She finds community and resolve in her dream.

She's a damsel in distress. She's a girl, a maiden, a prize to be cultivated. She's powerful. Her spirit needs to be pushed, needs to be tested to the limit. Autonomy? Making choices? Why would she need that, she's got you them to do that for her.

She's engaged to be a wife, engaged to be dutiful and carry out all commands. She knows so much, she knows the numbers and the codes of the world around her. Maybe not clearly, but so easily.

Thorns bleed her finger, red staining her white dress and her white wings and the ring around her head. She's completely helpless. She can't do anything at all. She can do so much more.

She's a teenager. Fate has decreed what she will be. What she will do next.
