I learned today that someone stole art from my very dear friend. They copied it almost exactly and did not give her any credit or ask for permission to copy her idea.

As an artist and a writer I've had my work taken multiple times and it isn't fun. It's literally the most crushing feeling in the world. Like all the hours you put into creating something was worth absolutely nothing. And to be honest, when these things happen I always wonder, "What's the point?" It makes me want to just delete all of my accounts and disappear from social media. Because people do this so shamelessly and then try to blame you. Like you're the one overreacting. It isn't fair.

It's truly disgusting behavior. It makes it hard for us artists to gain the courage to post our art online. If you are an artist and you are inspired by someone else's art, there's no shame in asking them for permission. Seriously, if someone asks me, 9 times out of 10 I will say yes. It's messed up to go behind someone's back and claim it as their own.

This happened today to my friend @matsukaah. I'm sure many of you know her, she's truly amazing. And I hope you know that Matsu. I know this is discouraging and the way that person responded to you was absolutely awful, you don't deserve to be disrespected like that.

Just know that we are all here for you and we support you and everything you create.

I'm not going to say the person's name that did this, because I don't want to cause a manhunt or make more drama out of the situation. Even though they showed zero remorse after being confronted nicely and only reacted in an ugly and selfish manner. I hope they learn from the situation and do not repeat this behavior.

It's funny because I've had this person blocked for months. So I can't say I'm surprised this happened. If you want to know who this person is to block them for yourself you can send me a dm. But even though they've acted so terribly, please don't send them any hateful messages. I don't want to endorse that.

Anyway, sorry for the random rant. This situation just made me so angry that I had to say something. Especially because this happened to my close friend. I hope you're ok Matsu, if you want to talk about it you can call me sometime and we can talk. 🫂♡

Since that child did the favor of blocking me instead of understanding a simple logic of "inspiration ≠ copy", I made a short video so that it's clearer for people who want to know more about the subject, it's simply frustrating to have a job It took me hours of my life to get someone to copy it. I don't care if she's big or small, it's not because of the number of followers, I'm simply being made a fool of, and she wanted to blame me for feeling that way, but unlike her, I'm not a child anymore, if she wants to do it things like this, she deals with the consequences herself.

here is the video, I'm blocked I can't talk to her anymore. So if you want to go there yourself, I won't stop you (I won't force you either, my angels, just listening to me makes me feel better)

Update:

Sorry I've not been active or doing any art!

Roughly 2 weeks ago I started to have sever migranes and absent seizures (I had them early this year as well back and forward to the hospital) I've had about 18 in the last 2 weeks so I'm very run down and ill TT^TT

Currently having injections in my face to calm them down and I'm hoping to get my operation to stop them in march time!

(Please save me from this hell ommgggg)

But I apologise for the absence the injections are working and hopefully be up and able to do more art ASAP!
