my ana rules
if you want to eat, drink 2 glasses of water and count to 100 first
1 shot acv in the morning
no more than 800 cals per day, preferably stay around 500
out of sight, out of mind. stay away from the kitchen.
imagine every food you want to eat is growing mold
drink a cup of black coffee as an appetite suppressant
tue-sat: no eating before 1pm or past 7pm (18 hour fast)
one 48 hour fast every sunday (sat 7pm - mon 7pm)
cut food into 1-2 inch pieces
chew each bite at least 20 times
drink 1 full glass of water before eating and 1 full glass during
always fidget, never be still. every calorie counts
if you eat over 800 cals, you must burn off the extra, throw up, and/or take a laxative
weigh at least once a day
