Currently in between rounds right now, I've been wanting to remake my university sub-hood for a while so here we go.

Most of the buildings are just shells right now, but at least I'm making some progress towards my vision...

Hello, sure no problem!

I use the Greener Shores lush terrain replacement by clstldrmr83 which you can find right here.

Then for the map I use Clayfield map by Mara, which you can find right here.

Hello, sorry for the late reply! (Been a while since I've played this save)

The flowers on the mantelpiece are White Callas from the Sims 4 Los Feliz Kitchen set by Pyszny.

Then the flowers on the table are Tulips from the Sims 4 Vega Living Room set by Severinka.

Both are converted 4t2 by @/pixelrysims / @/thimblesims which you can find here. (Some of my most fav flowers are also in here!!)
