While reading the manga, I enjoyed the interactions between Umi, Shou and their classmates. The story not only focuses on Umi and Shou’s relationship, but also provides sufficient spotlight to other characters and showing insights to highschool dilemma filled with angst, comedy and kyute friendships.

I appreciated how the author brings in each and every detail (especially shown in the panel background) of the Japan highschool culture into her work and it makes every chapter enjoyable and touching.

I challenged myself to voice-act 5 characters (including the voice for the news reporter) hehe

I hope to convey their personalities with my voice ovo

I’ve been reading Sakura no Sekai manga since a few years back and have been liking the vibe and mood that the manga presents. Thus, I hope my VA video manage to convey the cool and mysterious yet badass aura, ehehe

Not just the voice acting, I also have fun editing the images. In fact, it is my first time editing coloured manga images and I guess I’ve made quite a feat though there are still many rooms for improvement.

In addition, there is a latest series called Sakura no Sekai Parfaite (the new title sounds delicious~) whereby the characters are given new designs and each panel looks like movie quality o.o

The new designs made me ponder whether should I change my voice for Sakura and Ruka in the video. But in the end I’ve decided to go with the voice that I had felt few years ago when I first read the manga because the chapter I have selected to voice-act is also from Tsuruse’s work few years ago, fufu

Sakura no Sekai & Sakura no Sekai Parfaite are like two different parallel worlds to me.

数年前から『桜の世界』を読んでその世界観や雰囲気が好きになりました。そんなかっこよさ&ミステリアス感が今回のビデオで伝えたらすごく嬉しいですっ

ボイスアクティングだけではなく動画の編集も楽しかったです。

初めてカラー付きの漫画を編集してやっぱりたいへんでしたがやって良かったと思います！

作者さんから新しいシリーズの『桜の世界Parfaite』(美味しそうなタイトルですね）ではキャラクター達に新デザインがあってとてもフレッシュと思いますっコマも映画クオリティーで読む��楽しいです。

実は新キャラデザインを観て自分のビデオのキャラボイスもちょっと変えようかなぁって思いました。でも数年前に初めて『桜の世界』を読むそのキャラ達の存在感や感覚を思い出してやっぱり声を変えないと決まりましたっ

『桜の世界』&『桜の世界Parfaite』は別々の世界線に了承したいと思います、えへへ
