ana rules to prevent binges
(these are for me you do NOT have to follow)
weekdays:
MUST stay under 800 cal. every day
walk at least 5,000 steps
no eating before 10 am or after 8 pm
have at LEAST one fasting day (liquids only)
do at LEAST two work out videos per day
skip at least one meal a day
have at LEAST 24. oz of water
NO SODA
weekends:
can go over 600 cal. but stay under 1,200
no eating only after 7 pm
do at LEAST one workout video per day
walk at LEAST 2,000 steps

things nobody tells you about relapsing 🥴
- seeing the same numbers on the scale over and over because you gained all the weight back
- getting extremely light headed even though you aren’t fasting or restricting that much
- dropping 7lbs in two days and then hitting a HARD plateau that takes a week to break
- smelling food and getting a headache
- feeling like you lost all of your progress & crying until your head pounds!!!!!
- finding any source to lose weight (i.e, smoking several cigarettes a day, overdosing on laxatives, sleeping the entire day away, working out for hours)
- crying urself to sleep bc ur never gonna reach ur gw!! :)))
