Also if we’re talking about discrimination in the Monsters Inc universe, we have to point out the bathroom scene:

This room is referred to Sulley as “the men’s room” which means bathrooms are divided by gender. However, EVERY stall contains the standard sitting toilet designed for humanoid monsters. This is absurd when you consider what types of monsters would be working there:

Heck, the CEO probably couldn’t use these toilets because he’s a nasty crab man (though he probably has a VIP bathroom in his office)

Either the bathrooms actually has hundreds of unseen bathroom stalls to accomodate the different body types, or Monsters Inc is, just, a bad place to work and should get sued.
