Writing Story Synopsis with Seven Anchor Scenes

Working Title: The Silent Hearts

 Inciting  Incident

 Elle  had fallen in love with Aiden, she is willing, to tell her true feelings to  Aiden but suddenly she heard some rumors that Aiden already had that girl  whom he is courting and that is no other than Neri, one of the most popular  and beautiful girl in the University.

 Engage  with Conflict

 It  was a heartbreaking moment for Elle. Knowing that the man that she loved already had that someone whom he likes. Elle felt so guilty, she always asks herself, "What if I confess earlier? maybe this will not happen".  She is inlove with Aiden and she can't even hold her feelings back. But she  had no choice but to keep her feelings.

 Midpoint  Reversal

 Elle  tried to hide her feelings from Aiden. She busies herself in making things that she loves; she spent more time with her friends. Even though she kept seeing Aiden and Neri together but she still manages to hide the pain that  she feels, she just acted normal so that no one will be noticed that deep  inside she is very hurt.

 No  way out but through

 Elle  finally decided to stay away from Aiden for she thinks that if she will stay away from him, maybe she can move on easily. She tried to forget Aiden even though it's not that easy. Elle's friends tried to help her just to forget  the feelings that she has for Aiden. She finally accepted that she lost, that  Aiden had already that someone and that is not her.

 Dark  Moment

 There  are times where Elle got these sleepless nights because of her thoughts which  kills her. She always wished that she was Neri, popular, and beautiful. Her  self-confidence did low. She became unsociable and silent. Even Aiden noticed  that Elle is avoiding him. The reason behind it is, Elle wants to give Aiden  and Neri a space that's why as long as she can ignore Aiden, she will. For  Elle risks her feelings just for Aiden's happiness. But for Elle, even though times get rough, life must go on.

 Climax

 The  time had come in which Elle is slowly healing from the pain that she felt from Aiden. She became more interested in her studies and hobbies. But an unexpected thing happened. Aiden knew that the reason why Elle is avoiding him is that Elle has feelings for him. After knowing the whole story, he immediately talked to Elle and told Elle that he loves her and not Neri. He  told her that every time that he is with Neri he always thinks about Elle. He  is just waiting for the perfect time to confess to Elle about his true  feeling for he is afraid that she will be rejected by Elle. He told Elle that  if he can give him a chance to prove the love that he has for her and he is  willing to take the consequences and risks just for her.

 Resolution

 And  yes, Aiden decided to be brave and speak out his true feelings to Elle. He stops courting Neri and he just focused on Elle. Aiden did the promise that  he will not hurt Elle's feelings again. And Elle was happy about that, Aiden  put in the effort just to court and prove his love to Elle, he quit all his  bad habits just for Elle. Until the day that Elle answered him with a  "YES". And lucky for Elle, now she can say, "From being my  crush to, being my boyfriend".

Character POV:

Where to start? Hi there folks! Ms. Low self-esteem here! Lol, that’s not my true name, I’m Amara Callie “Elle” Valeria btw, the only daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Valeria, which is the owner of Valeria Group of Companies. Yes, you heard it right, we have our own company. I know what's on your mind! Nah, even I am the only child but still, I am not being spoiled by my parents even though we are so rich.  That's why my life turned out to be so weird. I am not that good when it comes to public speaking. I am always afraid to commit mistakes. And here's the thing that you need to know. A month ago, in our school, my teachers pushed me to be the leading actress in our theater play which will be presented during our University Week. I told my adviser that I am not fit for the role that they gave me…

Ms. Zulueta (My adviser): Please Elle, we know that you are really good and fit for this role, U have this beauty and brain that we are looking for.

Me: But why? there are so many girls out there that are fit for the role, I mean why is it me that you all push? Seriously, I am not that too exposed in public!!! Like I have so many talents but I prefer to just show it to my friends or inside our classroom.

*I don't even have that pretty face to show to everybody even though they always told me that I am pretty or beautiful, I still don't believe in them. I don't know, I'm just scared that if I will show all my skills in public, they will just judge me for being not that good enough. That is why many people call me "Ms. Low Self-Esteem”. *

Until such time, that I have no choice but to accept the role they gave me...

Because of that play, I met this guy, named, Aiden. Were in the same grade but I'm a year ahead of him when it comes to age. He is my partner in the play. Oh, and btw, He’s a Varsity Player in our school!

Aiden: Oh hi! Ms. Valeria, I’m Aiden, for sure you already know me?

Me: Yeah, I already know you, to be honest, I know many girls do love you because you’re a known and very famous player here in our University huh?

Aiden: TSSSK!!! But I don’t like neither anyone of them.

I don't know, but as the days passed by, I enjoyed Aiden’s company. We always have the same taste in everything. We always have that same vibe. Because of him, I became more open with people in sharing all my talents or skills. He thought me on how to be brave in everything.

But I have this strange feeling every time that he's around me. It feels like I can feel some butterflies in my tummy. Is this love? Or Infatuation?

I choose Action/Adventure to be my genre in life. 

I am known to be a girl with full of curiosity, a wanderer in short. I always wanted to be an adventurer. I do love to scrutinize new things in life it may be hard or easy. I do believe in the saying, "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing". I am always open to new adventures that my life would bring and I am always ready to unlock the different chapters in my life. Maybe, the biggest adventure that I took is that, I now live the life that I dreamed from the past. That is why I can say that "I live the life of my dreams". In the end, it was all worth waiting.

As a Creative Writer, you must let the creativity of mind and imagination flow. You can freely write down or express all your thoughts. You can also use your experiences in life so that it may be easy for you to write. Enjoy and love all the pieces that you write. You must think outside of the box. And do not limit yourself when it comes to imagination.  I learned so many things in this subject, especially in improving my writings. I really did enjoy this subject for it is so fun and interesting.

THE SILENT BATTLE

Flowers in her hair,

Happiness in her face

And love in her soul.

You would not notice something different about her

Although she was a silent fighter

 The concept of heaven and hell

Has been relating in her head

Her demons have never been quite silenced

 She was not just devoured by her thoughts

It slowly kills her

 She's too quiet to be noticed...

Hoping a ray of hope will dazzle the demons inside her

1.    POET’S BACKGROUND IN WRITING THE PIECE

-      It is all based on my true story. It is so harsh to think that most teenagers were experiencing this kind of situation. Experiencing all those sleepless nights and all that comforts you is just your pillow. It is insidious, creeping up, and building up over time. Depression is when everything feels so hard. I always drag myself through each day. But I know this thing will surely end. For now, I have the acceptance that depression is part of my life for now.

2.    THEME/CENTRAL MESSAGE OF YOUR PIECE

-      The central theme of my poem here is all about “depression”. It is all about fighting alone with your thoughts and anxieties. I wrote this poem, for everyone to be aware of this issue. We people who are experiencing this kind of problems need more attention and care. For it is a reaction to stress and a seeming inability to change your situation. It is an acceptance of how things or were.

 3.    POEM ANALYSIS

- Rhyme Scheme

The rhyme scheme that I used is Villanelle. For it is a type of poem that follow a rhyme scheme of ABA or ABAA.

- Rhythm

My poem’s rhythm is anapest. For it shows there that the two is unstressed followed by one unstressed syllable.  

- Structure and Form

The first and second stanza is the beginning of the introduction about myself. The third and fifth stanzas are my poem piece. While the sixth stanza is the ending of my poem piece.

- Tone/Voice

The tone is gloomy and serious. It really describes the poem through the tone of the reader or author.

 - Imagery

I used visual for my background you can see that the picture really did describe the poem .The darkness of my background is like also pointing out the darkness that my poem hides. And I also used auditory, For in my poem it states there that “the demons have never been quite silenced”. You can hear the all the struggle and pain that the poem have.

 - Figurative Language

The first figurative language that I used is the Personification.For it projects human qualities onto inanimate objects, or perhaps animals or natural elements. The second language that I used is hyperbole. For it states that “ She's fighting her inner demon”.

People say senior high school life is about getting an education and getting into a good college to succeed in life. Well, to me, high school is about making memories and good times that will last forever. All those laughter's and tears that we share together, will always be cherished.                                              ALL OR NOTHING

                                                     Lang Leav  

All or nothing is a poem written by Lang Leav. This deals with the subject of “Real love is knowing someone’s weaknesses and not taking advantage of them. Knowing their flaws and accepting who they are.” The major theme in the poem is acceptance. The mood and tone of this this poem is romantic and serious.

      It consists of 4 stanzas with 4 lines each. The poem allows person to express her thoughts and opinions about what love is. Aside from that the author used various literary devices to enhance the impact of the poem, in her case, she used figures of speech. The figures of speech used are Alliteration, Anticlimax, Antithesis, and Epiphora. The poem was delivered well and the readers can really relate to this topic. The poem was intended to express the true emotion and feelings of a person towards another person. The tone, diction, style and figures of speech helped the author delivered her poems to be felt by the readers.

-  Being creative is important because nowadays people need to broaden their thought process and problem solving abilities. And it can help children to show their opinions and develop their voice and logical skills.

4.    Do you think that creativity involves putting your heart and soul into your work? Or is it more like letting your mind flow freely to witness the surprising results of your actions?

-  For me, it is  more on letting your mind flow freely. Because it is called creative writing for you can write all your thoughts creatively & without limits .

5.    Do you believe that it is important to be accepted by others as being creative or is just doing what you love to do enough to justify your work? Explain.

-  Being creative is like doing what you love to do. You don’t have to depend on what will other people would say about you. If you love being creative then do it.

Journal Entry 1

                           THE DAWN THAT BRINGS ME NEW HOPE

The time had come,

Skies where seize by darkness;

the crickets noise takes over the silence of the night,

Looking straight up at the ceiling,

all I see was darkness,

Gloomy thoughts are starting to drown me;

In just a minute,

tears were starting to fall down on my cheeks,

The silence and sadness slowly kills me,

The pain is always here inside me;

Sleeping with tired eyes and heavy heart,

yes that’s me;

Hey! “I AM TRYING TO FIGHT ALL THE EVILS INSIDE ME”.

An hour had passed,

the noise of the cocks were starting to wake me,

Looking straight to the window;

I saw the skies looking so bright & beautiful,

It’s already dawn!!!

I can feel the cool breeze rushing through the back of my hair,

It’s another beautiful day to start a new beginning.

Suddenly I realize,

despite of being always in the darkness there is always a hope.

  Yes, we cannot deny the fact that most if the teenagers nowadays experiences “Depression” . We are all fighting our own battles in life. And yes, I am the kind of person who always experience depression & anxiety. Most people knew me that I am a very  happy go lucky kind of person, they always see me smiling. But during the day you see me smile, at night tears run down my face.

Meet Janelle

A curious girl, a wanderer" I love my story. Sure it's messy, but it's the story that got me here.

While many people have dreams of becoming a doctor and lawyers, I have a ways wanted to be a traveler. I don't remember when I fell in love with traveling. But over the years, my passion for traveling has increased. Over the past few months, I have started living this dream and it gives me so much joy.

My parents have always supported my dreams and aspirations. According to them, the only way to achieve all your goals is to work very hard and never give up on them. They have never imposed themselves and demanded that any of their children became what they want us. Instead, they wanted my sibling and me choose careers and a life that will give us joy and stability.
