as soon as solis heard about her cutting her finger he shoot up off the floor. “how bad is it?” his voice ten times more serious than before. solis had two moods, normal and nurse. it was the few times anyone would see solis almost deadly serious. “what happened?” 

“ I don’t think its too bad, it has almost stopped bleeding now “ she replied and lifted up her finger which was wrapped in paper which she held closed with her other finger “ I was reading a book and the ends of the page were a little bit too sharp as it was a new book “ she explained and walked further inside.

maybe, just maybe, there was something solis should be doing. organizing drawers, checking expiration dates for medicines, something. anything that’s not laying half off the bed, which was meant for sick or injured students or other staff, with a book in his hands about the wonderful lives of sea turtles. when the door opened to his little medical corner of the school, solis jumped and slid completely off the bed. “shit! knock next time, please. i almost had a heart attack.” he said with a pout in his voice and on his lips as he sat on the floor.

 It was taking the female siren a long while to find the nurse office and it was making her frustrated. She had cut her finger while reading and she didn’t have any bandages and it was bleeding quite a bit. Holding a piece of tissue paper around her hurt finger she walked down the hallway until she finally found the office and in a little bit of a hurry she opened the door without knocking causing the nurse to get startled  “ Sorry, I cut my finger and I needed bandages and it took me a while to find this place “

“True, but still.. it sounds like torture. We run for volleyball but not like that.” She said, running her fingers through her hair as she looked over at the other with an intrigued and amused smile. Sports calmed her for sure, and it was a great stress reliever but she wasn’t going to work herself to the point of exhaustion  just for some laps.”Fair enough, i think we can compare it to us doing Burpees.”

“ Well track is completely different from volleyball “ she replied with a smile, she knew the training program sounded like torture but when you got used to it, it wasn’t that difficult. Elliana always liked to work hard and track was something that made her able to get rid of some steam, so hardcore workouts were perfect for her  “ Yeah I suppose so “ she replied again with a giggle.

he sighed at least at being met with a voice that didn’t exactly seem irritated by his outburst, but kuro didn’t respond straight away as he stretched a little and tried to get himself used to being awake suddenly. he was still tired as hell– but kuro was pretty much always like that. so there’s wasn’t much difference. “probably.. but that would mean i need to go and find them and it’s easier just to let my thought flow freely for a few moments to whoever is around to hear it, ya know?” he sighed. “but that does make me feel better, even if i’m awake now. i only like sleeping on other people– tables are horrible. hard surfaces are a bitch to your back.”

“ You got a point there “ she responded and looked up again from her book, she didn’t know how it was like sleeping on a table but it was probably not comfortable as it was the same with any other hard surface. She didn’t really mind that he was complaining to her about it, everyone did that when they were complaining about someone else. No one really complained about a person to the person they were complaining about. “ You just like sleeping on people ? what about beds ? “ she asked curious.

it was nice to be able to do this with someone else, to have fun playing around with the water with company that didn’t scare him anyway. ”mm.. o-okay? i’m.. not really that great with a lot of people, s-so this kinda of makes me.. nervous?”

The female siren listened to him talk and nodded “ Ah I see, well if you feel like it is too much don’t feel bad to step back and relax  she replied and looked at him, she didn’t know how it felt like but it probably is hard to be around a lot of people when it makes you nervous.

“That sounds more like full body torture to me.” She says, taking the seat across from her. It wasn’t like Yeha wasn’t an active person, after classes she spent time in the Gym and then went to shower only to go to Volley ball Practice an hour later.  but she was sure that many times around the field, hurdles and stretches would do damage to someone’s shins.  “ I mean, i’m all for running but aren’t you afraid someone’s gonna fucking… i don’t know, die?”

“ It’s torture if you look at it that way, I find it quite freeing “ she replied and looked over at Yeha with a small smile. Running was one of the things that Elly loved, she found it exciting and after each training she felt like a complete other person “ I mean if they can’t handle it then they shouldn’t be in the track team, our stamina and speed has to be in top place so...plus no one has complained about it “

She couldn’t say she wasn’t slightly intimidated. After all she had only been there for two days and it was an extremely new environment, Jihwa had hoped that of all things, she’d get used to it the more she settled in, but she was impatient and that definitely took time.  She sticks her bottom lip out unconsciously,  frowning at the thought that she shouldn’t apologize but she was still thankful for the other. “Yes, I’m okay. Are you?” it would help just a little, if Jihwa’s Korean improved But she just didn’t know what to say.

Elliana didn’t want other people to apologize for her or make excuses for her, she liked to face what came to her as it came. If she would apologize it would be on her own terms and if she was going to do something that wasn’t exactly allowed or looked greatly on she would face what hit her on her own. She didn’t want people to get in trouble on her behalf “ That’s good and yeah of course I’m fine “ she replied, she sensed that the other was a newbie and that she didn’t speak fluently korean but that was alright, she seemed to understand a lot more than she believed she did.

he was having so much fun that he was nearly startled at the sudden voice interrupting his concentration, what the water doesn’t fall too far before he’s catching it and his concentration again and glances up at the female– another siren. and it makes him smile a little more, nodding at her, “i-if you want.. yea,” it wasn’t like anyone else was coming over anyway, and this was fun.. he wouldn’t mind the company right now.

Elliana smiled as the other allowed to join in, she loved playing with the water and would often do that when she needed a calming moment. She watched him for awhile before playing with the water on her own “ How are you liking the event so far ? “ she asked the other siren but never taken her eyes away from the water drops she was making.

I was visitingmy grandparents bc it's my grandma's birthday and there were a lot of people and I was the only teenager/young adult so yeaaah and it has made me very sleepy lol ( probably bc of the hot chocolate my grandma made )

It was hard to tell where you stood with Yeha. On some days, it seemed like you were on good terms with her; She’d laugh at your jokes, pick up a pretty d e c e n t conversation or two.. Hell if she was really feeling you, she might slip some of the inner self turmoil into conversation. (Of course, not making it obvious it was about her, but slipping it in nonetheless.) And today she was in a pretty good mood despite all the stress that had been piling up on her. After all, the life of VP and Captain of the Volley Ball team wasn’t very free, and that was just TWO of the clubs she was in. She’s walking towards the table they agreed to meet at, unable to remember what the hell the whole ‘meeting’ was about in the first place. But she smiles anyway, thinking she heard the other say  something mildly outrageous, though why she’s shocked could be considered surprising, considering outrageous seemed to be her middle name. “What the hell are you talking about?”

Honestly Elly wasn’t quite sure on why she had scheduled to meet up with Yeha as she had been busy with track and school, perhaps it was just to catch up but she hoped she would remember once Yeha would get there. While she was waiting a teammate came over to her table to run over with her on the practice program. She was so into the chat with her teammate that she hadn’t even noticed Yeha until she spoke “ Oh just some training exercises “ she replied with a smile, she knew they sounded a little extreme but they were helping.

          after hours of staring at her blank page on her laptop, arisa had nothing. her assignment was due in 2 days and she had no inspiration at all. by this rate she knew she would fail if she didn’t submit at least something. finally giving up, she huffed loudly as she slammed her laptop shut, pushing her chair back and standing up. she needed to get out, get some fresh air. she didn’t care that it was almost midnight, she didn’t care that she had classes in the morning. she needed to get out. rushing over to grab her bag, she picked up her keys and phone before shrugging on a jacket closest to her and leaving her dorm. she was aware that she was in her pj’s, she was aware that she wasn’t looking her best, but in that moment she truly didn’t care. once she arrived outside, she took a deep breath and held it in, the fresh air detoxing her lungs as a small smile lifted her face. turning her head to the right, she decided to head to the local 24 hour cafe. maybe they knew that they’d have so many visitors throughout the night and early morning, or maybe they never slept.

she was so into her own thoughts that she didn’t notice a presence behind her. it wasn’t until she had walked past a closed shop that she saw the reflection in the window beside her, and her inner wolf immediately picked up on their presence. she was ready to fight if she had to, she just hoped that it wouldn’t come down to it. as she was roughly thirty seconds away from her desired location, she quickly spun around and grabbed the person, pushing them against the window of the shop all within a matter of a few seconds. the perks of having superhuman speed, hey? her eyes latched onto theirs before she let out a short gasp, immediately withdrawing her hands. “are you okay? what are you doing out so late?”

Elliana in no way was able to rest her mind, it just wouldn’t shut up. It was rare for something like this to happen to Elly and when it did it drove her nuts. Not even reading poetry calmed her down, so after more than one hour of trying to get her mind to quiet down she grabbed her jacket and bag and then headed out of her dorm and into the open air. She considered maybe contacting Zeke but something made her decide against it so instead before she would go to last resort the water she decided to take a walk. 

She hadn’t been walking for long until she noticed Arisa walking not too far ahead of her. A smile appeared on her face as made her way closer to her best friend who seemed to be quite distracted. Elliana didn’t really try to get her attention as she wanted to spook her in a friendly manner but instantly regretted it when her friend slammed her against the shopping window clutching her hand around her neck. She was surprised but as soon as Arisa let go she gasped for breath “ Shit, yeah I’m fine and I could ask you the same “ she replied and gave her a smile to let her know they were good.
