Guyyyyys right now I'm doing an 18:6 fast for a few days now.
Tomorrow, during my meal times, I will eat only Konjac! (7cal) And I will try not to eat anything else.
I allow myself an electrolyte drink if I run (40cal/L).
EDIT : I didn't eat any konjac, but I drank two sugar-free monsters and an electrolyte drink (40cal). No sport. But i'm on my 33rd houuur !
EDIT: It's been 44 hours, I usually fast a little bit each day but not that much at once. I think I'll take a shower and then make something to eat.

- Don't bother keeping track of calories consumed or expended. It has the opposite effect for me. The less I worry, the easier it will be to hold on.
- Walk or run minimum 30 minutes in the afternoon
- A cup of green tea with lemon as the very first food of the day.
- Being tolerant with myself even when I eat something I shouldn't eat, that's not what will make me stop.
- Favor healthy foods (vegetables, fruits) before processed foods (low cal noodles)
- Take at least one egg a day without removing the yolk, the fat in the egg yolk can help my body to be in good health and therefore not store fat unnecessarily.
- Place the fork as much as possible between bites.
- Avoid using the phone while eating.
- Unhealthy 0 cal drink only on Saturday
- No longer cook for myself after 6 p.m.
- Walk for 30 minutes in the morning when I wake up.
