Nuestro punto de partida fue el 9 de febrero de 2018 junto a 15 participantes que durante 1 año inventaran un jeroglífico visual de este cereal en su ciclo completo: semilla, cultivo, recogida, transformación y elaboración para el consumo.

Between them they weigh the grain. The primitive scales must balance to a hair’s breadth before the transaction is completed. Grain is one of the scarcest food products of the Balkans.
