Bad things about having a travel companion with heightened senses:

Never being able to sneak a fart

Can't whisper rude things behind their back

When you get an inexplicable spike of arousal for whatever reason, they know (and maybe are confused because you're in a cheese shop)

Can't hide snacks from them

Always lose at hide and seek

"Are you angry?" "No, it's okay." "You smell angry. Do you need some cheese?"

Can't plan or execute a surprise party

Don't get to see them looking all cute dorky in glasses

They think that salt is an exotic spice, and anything hotter than a tomato is banned

If you use a dog whistle to train your herding animal, you also summon a witcher

The first time they feel a new tactile fabric, you have to extract them from within the bolt at the seamstress' after two hours and apologise

Trying to explain that you don't smell like jealousy because they fed their horse an apple, you just miss being cared for

Trying not to cry or scream when they bring you an apple and a wedge of cheese

sansa stark who was always stripped of her identity as a stark. sansa stark who was born with the auburn hair and blue eyes of the tully and looked nothing like a northerner. sansa stark who like most little girls dreamt of a world of songs. sansa stark who went south as a child to become a baratheon queen. sansa stark whose dire wolf was the first to die. sansa stark who saw her father beheaded in front of her while she cried for mercy. sansa stark who married a lannister. sansa stark who was then promised to an arryn and again married to a bolton. everything about sansa stark’s femininity and her journey seem to deviate from the assertive loyal stark ideal that is pushed on us. but it was also sansa stark who was born in the winter. it was sansa stark who never lost her composure while she endured years of abuse to ensure her survival. it was sansa stark who with her love and kindness inspired men and women to fight for her. it was sansa stark who wanted to take winterfell back. it was sansa stark who knocked on every northerner lord’s door to raise an army. it was sansa stark who won the battle of the bastards. it was sansa stark who cared about ensuring her people’s survival above anything else. it was sansa stark who refused to acknowledge the dragon queen as her ruler. it was sansa stark who looked her straight in the eye, showing no fear while fully aware of the consequences her actions might bring and asked her “what about the north?”. it was sansa stark who always fought fearlessly for northerner independence. and it was sansa stark who, in the end, became the first queen in the independent kingdom of the north in centuries.
