Summary: After living in Tokyo for the past six years, she decides to head back to Azumano to escape the big city. However, she now has to face everything that she tried to flee from all those years ago. How exactly will she fare when the pages of a long forgotten book start turning once more?

Mai is a flat, one-dimensional character and hardly worthy of Zuko's companionship. His own sister would've been a better match for him. :| Katara a bad match for Zuko? Really? She's the only one who could go toe-to-toe with him and not only keep up, but challenge him. Mai just lets herself get walked all over like the sue she is. Why the hell would you like such a crappy character and go so far as to ship her with one of the most volatile characters in the series? It makes no sense.

I know you’re entitled for your own opinion and all, but there is absolutely no fucking need to go here and shit over the character you know I like. my inbox, my rules.

If you really think Mai is ‘flat’ and 'one-dimensional character hardly worthy of Zuko’, no offence, but you didn’t really see the point.

Can’t you see through the lines?

We all know Mai and Zuko liked each other in their childhood. You may think Zuko was like, a prince, rich, and already obviously rather handsome. So, yeah, Mai likes him, huh?

But it starts being obvious she doesn’t like him only for his look or social status or anything else. He got his face scarred, he was banished. He basically lost all his honour. And guess what, Mai is still in love with him, no matter what, which shows us she actually loves him, not his status or appearance.

Even after all these years she hasn’t seen him because he was searching for the Avatar.

Yeah, she doesn’t like express her feelings much, BUT she does express them to Zuko and that, I guess, actually has really much meaning behind it. just askjdhaksjdasda

Also, please take a moment and appreciate that if there wasn’t Mai, Zuko would be dead. and not only him, but Sokka, his father, Suki and that guy who was together with them. yeah, they would pretty much fell into the boiling water. what a nice end, BUT no, hey, here comes the flat character who saves their asses even without being a bender, EVEN WHEN ZUKO OFFICIALLY DUMPED HER, EVEN THOUGH SHE KNOWS ABOUT CONSEQUENCES OF HER ACTIONS, EVEN DESPITE HER FEAR OF AZULA, all because she fucking loves Zuko. 

Their innocent childhood love came through all the mess and remained strong.

so don’t you dare telling me she’s not worthy okay.

PS if Zuko and Sokka would be dead, Aang wouldn’t learn firebending and wouldn’t win the fucking war and Katara would be so desperate and broken because of Sokka’s and father’s deaths that she wouldn’t even be able to fight and wouldn’t win over Azula so she becomes the new Fire Lord and the entire world is into the chaos.

Haruki:

Loves music (sometimes writes songs)

Can't draw anything more than stick figures

Seems grumpy all the time but is a really sweet bro (and can be pretty shy)

Also a sweet tooth

Closer to his Mom

Haruko:

Art enthusiast (pretty close to Uncle Dai for this reason)

School-paper cartoonist and layout artist (and prolly the first Hikari to do digital, ever)

Sweet, smiley, and really fluent in sarcasm

Coffee. Plain black coffee.

Closer to her Dad (and has assimilated many of his mannerisms and preferences--see previous item, for example)

SatoRisa's is probably the most boisterous Hikari household in centuries. Well, nobody's complaining.♡

Next Gen DNAngel: Toddler Twins

Haruko, the more adventurous and iron-willed twin, always gets into trouble because of her curiosity.

Haruki is the more meek and obedient kid, but also gets into trouble because he has a strong sense of responsibility to protect her sister and doesn’t want to leave her alone.

“Woooow! So prettyy~”

“Ha'ko-chaaan.. *yaaawn* Papa said don’t go here. He will get mad.”

“We’re just looking, ‘Ruki!”

“Let’s go baack! I’m so sleepy!”

“Shhh! Don’t cry! Papa will hear you!”

“B-but–”

Rainy Day DN babies~♡

The twins love breakfast, so they're warming up with hot cocoa.

Satoshi is all bundled up and is catching up on sleep.

Saehara has been marathoning kdrama. He had fallen down the "one-more-episode trap" and has not slept a wink... (Please don't do this, friends!)
